V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee nejstar\u0161\u00ed archeologick\u00fd n\u00e1lez \u010do\u010dky poch\u00e1z\u00ed z obdob\u00ed <strong>8 000 let p\u0159ed na\u0161\u00edm letopo\u010dtem?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Na prvn\u00ed pohled nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 lu\u0161t\u011bniny jsou doslova pokladnic\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. Jsou bohat\u00e9 na <strong>b\u00edlkoviny, vl\u00e1kninu, vitam\u00edny<\/strong> a<strong> miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> co\u017e z nich d\u011bl\u00e1 ide\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Fazole<\/h3>\n\n<p>Fazole pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed lu\u0161t\u011bniny sv\u011bta a m\u00e1 nespo\u010detn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed odr\u016fd. Jej\u00ed velkou p\u0159ednost\u00ed je <strong>vysok\u00fd obsah b\u00edlkovin, vl\u00e1kniny, \u017eeleza <\/strong>a <strong>antioxidant\u016f. <\/strong>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 odr\u016fdy obsahuj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce rostlinn\u00fdch barviv (antokyan\u016f), kter\u00e9 j\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejen kr\u00e1snou barvu, ale i <strong>antioxida\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky. <\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Fazole je v kuchyni nesm\u00edrn\u011b univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed. Tato odr\u016fda s mal\u00fdm, ov\u00e1ln\u00fdm tvarem poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Ameriky a je obl\u00edben\u00e1 v sal\u00e1tech i rozmixovan\u00e1 jako z\u00e1klad pomaz\u00e1nek.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fava fazole, <\/strong>naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 tak\u00e9<strong> bob zahradn\u00ed,<\/strong> m\u00e1 velk\u00e9, ploch\u00e9, zelen\u00e9 lusky se \u0161irok\u00fdmi zelen\u00fdmi semeny.
