Taglia la zucca butternut, elimina i semi e cuocila in forno a <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong> con la buccia rivolta verso l&#8217;alto fino a quando non sar\u00e0 morbida, il che richieder\u00e0 circa 40 minuti. Una volta cotta, sbuccia la zucca e frullane la polpa fino a ottenere una consistenza liscia. Questo creer\u00e0 la purea che utilizzeremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Successivamente, possiamo iniziare a preparare l&#8217;<strong>impasto<\/strong>. Sbattete le <strong>uova con<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/zucchero-di-canna-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>lo zucchero<\/strong><\/a> fino a ottenere una <strong>schiuma densa e chiara<\/strong>. Successivamente, incorporate delicatamente l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-di-cocco-rbd-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>olio<\/strong><\/a> <strong>e la purea di zucca<\/strong>, e infine, mescolate con cura la <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farina-di-farro-integrale-bio-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>farina integrale<\/strong><\/a> <strong>e<\/strong> la <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/farine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>farina di farro fine<\/strong><\/a> setacciate<strong>,<\/strong> il <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/lievito-in-polvere-bio-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>lievito in polvere<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> la <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/polvere-di-cannella-di-ceylon-bio-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cannella<\/strong><\/a> <strong>e i chiodi di garofano macinati<\/strong>. Versiamo l&#8217;impasto in una tortiera (la nostra aveva un diametro di 20 cm) e cuociamo a <strong>180\u00b0C per 30 minuti<\/strong>. Per verificare la cottura, inserite uno stuzzicadenti \u2013 se esce pulito, \u00e8 pronto. In caso contrario, cuocete per <strong>altri 5-10 minuti<\/strong>.
