Ona vam govori koliko je dobro stanje va\u0161eg tijela i mo\u017ee se razlikovati od broja godina na temelju va\u0161eg datuma ro\u0111enja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je na\u0161a kalendarska dob nepromjenjiva, znanstvenici godinama istra\u017euju fascinantnu ideju da je na\u0161a biolo\u0161ka dob puno <strong>fleksibilnija<\/strong>. A \u0161to ako bismo vam rekli da je mo\u017eete smanjiti prehranom? Novo istra\u017eivanje objavljeno u presti\u017enom \u010dasopisu <em>Nature Aging<\/em> pru\u017ea dokaze i na\u010dine kako to posti\u0107i.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Znanstvenici_su_istrazili_nacine_kako_mozemo_usporiti_starenje\"><\/span>Znanstvenici su istra\u017eili na\u010dine kako mo\u017eemo usporiti starenje<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici sa \u0161vicarskih i drugih svjetskih sveu\u010dili\u0161ta ispitali su kako omega-3 masne kiseline, vitamin D i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/plan-treninga-i-vjezbe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tjelovje\u017eba <\/a> utje\u010du na brzinu starenja u tijelu. To istra\u017eivanje dio je opse\u017ene europske klini\u010dke studije DO-HEALTH, koja je pokazala da uzimanje <strong>vitamina D<\/strong> i <strong>omega-3 masnih kiselina<\/strong> uz <strong>redovite vje\u017ebe snage<\/strong> dovodi do manjeg rizika od <strong> infekcija, padova<\/strong>, pa \u010dak i <strong>raka kod starijih osoba.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti rezultati nadahnuli su znanstvenike da odu dalje sa svojim istra\u017eivanjem. Njihov u\u010dinak na usporavanje starenja potvr\u0111en je na tri od \u010detiri epigenetska sata.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Najve\u0107i u\u010dinak bio je kod osoba s <strong>po\u010detno niskim razinama omega-3 masnih kiselina u krvi<\/strong>. To ukazuje na \u010dinjenicu da smo svi pojedinci i da hranjive tvari mogu imati razli\u010dite u\u010dinke na nas, na primjer, ovisno o na\u0161im rezervama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kombinacija omega-3, vitamina D<\/strong> i <strong>tjelovje\u017ebe<\/strong>, me\u0111utim, donijela je <strong>jo\u0161 bolje rezultate.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sve u svemu, pokazalo se da su sve intervencije tijekom trogodi\u0161njeg razdoblja dovele do prosje\u010dnog usporavanja biolo\u0161kog starenja za <strong>2,9 do 3,8 mjeseci<\/strong> u usporedbi s o\u010dekivanom stopom. Drugim rije\u010dima, tijela sudionika <strong>u prosjeku su starjela gotovo 4 mjeseca manje<\/strong> tijekom cijelih triju godina nego \u0161to bi se o\u010dekivalo bez tih intervencija. <strong>Omega-3 masne kiseline<\/strong> imale su najve\u0107i udio u tom usporavanju. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zasto_bi_vas_trebalo_biti_briga\"><\/span>Za\u0161to bi vas trebalo biti briga? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se istra\u017eivanje usredoto\u010dilo na starije osobe, njegova je poruka univerzalna. Mo\u017eda je jo\u0161 va\u017enija za mla\u0111e ljude jer imaju <strong>vi\u0161e vremena za usvajanje pravilnog na\u010dina \u017eivota<\/strong> i stvaranje temelja za zdravlje u kasnijoj dobi. Biolo\u0161ko starenje proces je koji je <strong>u tijeku<\/strong>. Uklju\u010divanje omega-3 masnih kiselina, odr\u017eavanje optimalne razine vitamina D i redovito kretanje stoga nisu samo rje\u0161enja za starije osobe, nego prvenstveno u\u010dinkovita prevencija i ulaganje u dugoro\u010dnu kvalitetu zdravlja.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako zaista \u017eelite \u017eivjeti dulje, klju\u010d nisu samo zdrave masti, nego to ovisi i o <strong>drugim komponentama prehrane<\/strong> i <strong>cjelokupnom pristupu na\u010dinu \u017eivota<\/strong>.
