Mul\u021bi aleg chiar s\u0103 prepare kombucha acas\u0103, pentru a beneficia pe deplin de propriet\u0103\u021bile sale.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest ceai fermentat, consumat de vechii chinezi, cucere\u0219te lumea. \u00cen articolul de ast\u0103zi, ve\u021bi afla <strong>de ce kombucha este at\u00e2t de popular\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i dac\u0103 implic\u0103 sau nu anumite riscuri.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_kombucha\"><\/span>Ce este kombucha?<strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/bio-kombucha-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kombucha<\/a> (pronun\u021bat <em>[kom-boo-cha]<\/em>) sau ceai kombucha este o <strong>b\u0103utur\u0103 fermentat\u0103, u\u0219or efervescent\u0103, ob\u021binut\u0103 din ceai \u00eendulcit,<\/strong> care a cunoscut un adev\u0103rat boom \u00een ultimii ani. De\u0219i aceast\u0103 b\u0103utur\u0103 a c\u00e2\u0219tigat popularitate la nivel global abia recent, istoria sa dateaz\u0103 din China antic\u0103. Acolo, kombucha a devenit cunoscut\u0103 sub numele de <strong>\u201cceaiul nemuririi\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201celixirul longevit\u0103\u021bii\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Originea denumirii kombucha este \u00eenc\u0103 oarecum neclar\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, cea mai probabil\u0103 variant\u0103 este c\u0103 provine din limba japonez\u0103, combin\u00e2nd cuvintele <strong>\u201ekombu\u201d<\/strong> (alge marine) \u0219i <strong>\u201echa\u201d<\/strong> (ceai). Astfel, kombu-cha \u00eensemna ini\u021bial <strong>ceai de alge<\/strong>. Totu\u0219i, kombucha pe care o cunoa\u0219tem ast\u0103zi are foarte pu\u021bine lucruri \u00een comun cu acest nume. Se pot folosi \u0219i ceai alb sau oolong. Ceaiurile din plante nu se utilizeaz\u0103 singure, deoarece nu con\u021bin substan\u021bele necesare pentru cre\u0219terea microorganismelor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/bio-zahar-din-trestie-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Zah\u0103r<\/strong><\/a>: serve\u0219te drept hran\u0103 pentru drojdii \u0219i bacterii \u00een timpul fermenta\u021biei. Cea mai mare parte a zah\u0103rului este procesat\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t b\u0103utura rezultat\u0103 nu este prea dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SCOBY<\/strong>: prescurtare de la <em>Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast<\/em>, care asigur\u0103 procesul de fermenta\u021bie propriu-zis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lichid de baz\u0103<\/strong>: de obicei o cantitate mic\u0103 de kombucha deja fermentat\u0103 dintr-un lot anterior sau kombucha nepasteurizat\u0103 de calitate din comer\u021b. Este o <strong>mas\u0103 alunecoas\u0103 alb-maronie, cu o structur\u0103 gelatinoas\u0103,<\/strong> care plute\u0219te la suprafa\u021b\u0103. \u00cen timpul fermenta\u021biei, SCOBY-ul se poate schimba: cre\u0219te \u00een l\u0103\u021bime \u0219i grosime \u0219i formeaz\u0103 noi straturi. De exemplu, \u00eentr-un borcan cu pu\u021bin\u0103 kombucha deja fermentat\u0103, depozitat la frigider. Gustul final depinde de <strong>tipul de ceai folosit<\/strong>, durata fermenta\u021biei \u0219i eventualele arome ad\u0103ugate, cum ar fi fructele, ierburile sau condimentele.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu o fermenta\u021bie mai scurt\u0103, kombucha este <strong>mai dulce \u0219i mai bl\u00e2nd\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een timp ce o fermenta\u021bie mai lung\u0103 o transform\u0103 \u00eentr-o <strong>b\u0103utur\u0103 mai acri\u0219oar\u0103, cu un gust o\u021betos mai pronun\u021bat<\/strong>. Din acest motiv, unii o compar\u0103 cu o\u021betul de mere sau kefirul.
