Hoci si tento n\u00e1poj z\u00edskal celosvetov\u00fa popularitu a\u017e v posledn\u00fdch rokoch, jeho hist\u00f3ria siaha do starovekej \u010c\u00edny. Tam sa kombucha presl\u00e1vila ako<strong> \u201e\u010daj nesmrte\u013enosti\u201c<\/strong> alebo <strong>\u201eelix\u00edr dlhovekosti\u201c<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00f4vod samotn\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu kombucha je dodnes trochu nejasn\u00fd. Ale najpravdepodobnej\u0161ia verzia je, \u017ee poch\u00e1dza z japon\u010diny a vznikol spojen\u00edm slov <strong>\u201ekombu\u201c<\/strong> (morsk\u00e1 riasa) a <strong>\u201echa\u201c<\/strong> (\u010daj). Kombu-cha teda p\u00f4vodne znamenalo <strong>\u010daj z morskej riasy. <\/strong>S t\u00fdmto n\u00e1zvom v\u0161ak m\u00e1 kombucha, ktor\u00fa pozn\u00e1me, pram\u00e1lo spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho. V skuto\u010dnosti teda nejde o naozajstn\u00fa hubu ako tak\u00fa. Je to<strong> bielo-hned\u00e1 klzk\u00e1 hmota so \u017eelat\u00ednovou \u0161trukt\u00farou, <\/strong>ktor\u00e1 pl\u00e1va na hladine. Po\u010das ferment\u00e1cie sa m\u00f4\u017ee SCOBY meni\u0165. Rastie do \u0161\u00edrky, hr\u00fabky a vytv\u00e1ra nov\u00e9 vrstvy.
