S t\u011bhotenstv\u00edm toti\u017e p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nejen <strong>radost <\/strong>a <strong>o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed <strong>ot\u00e1zek, rad<\/strong> a <strong>z\u00e1kaz\u016f<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkdo rad\u00ed j\u00edst za dva, jin\u00ed varuj\u00ed p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm soustem. Proto nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee se mnoho \u017een, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b i vy, c\u00edt\u00ed <strong>zmaten\u011b <\/strong>a <strong>pod tlakem.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Strava b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je nepochybn\u011b velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Ovliv\u0148uje <strong>v\u00fdvoj plodu, zdrav\u00ed matky<\/strong> a m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159edch\u00e1zet n\u011bkter\u00fdm komplikac\u00edm. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 pot\u0159eby ka\u017ed\u00e9 nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminky jsou velmi individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Nav\u00edc se b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed m\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 a ne v\u017edy je jednoduch\u00e9 je naplnit.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>V \u010dl\u00e1nku se spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, co t\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u017eena pot\u0159ebuje v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, zda je vhodn\u00e9 hubnout v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a tak\u00e9 to, kolik je v po\u0159\u00e1dku p\u0159ibrat. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mela_byste_v_tehotenstvi_jist_za_dva\"><\/span>M\u011bla byste v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed j\u00edst za dva? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e v t\u011ble roste nov\u00fd \u017eivot, m\u016f\u017ee se zd\u00e1t logick\u00e9, \u017ee budouc\u00ed m\u00e1ma pot\u0159ebuje j\u00edst za dva. Jde v\u0161ak jen o velmi dob\u0159e roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd m\u00fdtus. Ve skute\u010dnosti se <strong>energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1roky zvy\u0161uj\u00ed jen m\u00edrn\u011b<\/strong>, a to dokonce a\u017e od <strong>druh\u00e9ho trimestru<\/strong>. V prvn\u00edch t\u00fddnech t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, kdy se embryo teprve za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vyv\u00edjet, nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed v\u016fbec zvy\u0161ovat. Nam\u00edsto mno\u017estv\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159te p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na kvalitu stravy.   <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Mnohem v\u00fdsti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je proto mluvit o tom, \u017ee \u017eena m\u00e1 <strong>j\u00edst pro dva<\/strong>, ne za dva. To znamen\u00e1 starat se nejen o mno\u017estv\u00ed, ale zejm\u00e9na o kvalitu j\u00eddla. J\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek by m\u011bl b\u00fdt pestr\u00fd, v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fd a bohat\u00fd na v\u0161echny d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u017eiviny \u2013 od b\u00edlkovin a\u017e po kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 sousto by m\u011blo m\u00edt v\u00fd\u017eivovou hodnotu, kter\u00e1 podpo\u0159\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj d\u00edt\u011bte i va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O kolik zv\u00fd\u0161it kalorick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem v druh\u00e9m a t\u0159et\u00edm trimestru? <\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Od druh\u00e9ho trimestru<\/strong> se doporu\u010duje zv\u00fd\u0161it denn\u00ed kalorick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o<strong> 250 kcal<\/strong>. Nen\u00ed to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, jde sp\u00ed\u0161e o jedno men\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddlo nav\u00edc. Nez\u0159\u00eddka se tak ocit\u00e1te <strong>pod tlakem<\/strong> a obavami, zda v\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek spl\u0148uje v\u0161echny n\u00e1roky na zdravou a bezchybnou stravu. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee se nemus\u00edte stravovat perfektn\u011b. T\u011blo si dok\u00e1\u017ee poradit i p\u0159i do\u010dasn\u00e9m nedostatku n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u017eivin, kdy vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 <strong>vlastn\u00ed z\u00e1soby<\/strong> a p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje se situaci. P\u0159\u00edkladem jsou <strong>nevolnosti <\/strong>nebo <strong>nechutenstv\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy strava nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1my nen\u00ed ani zdaleka ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, a i p\u0159esto t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed d\u00e1le \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pokra\u010duje.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je v\u017edy ide\u00e1ln\u00ed stravovat se co nejl\u00e9pe je to mo\u017en\u00e9, ale nen\u00ed t\u0159eba stresovat se. Kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiva matky d\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00edt\u011bti skv\u011bl\u00fd <strong>start do \u017eivota<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 velk\u00fd vliv i na <strong>pr\u016fb\u011bh t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong>. Ani tak ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt bezchybn\u00e1. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e 70\u201380 % tvo\u0159\u00ed zdrav\u00e1 a v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e1 strava a zbytek m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat voln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
