Navzdory modern\u00edm medic\u00ednsk\u00fdm pokrok\u016fm existuj\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, se kter\u00fdmi se bojuje st\u00e1le n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bji. Krom\u011b neinfek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je rakovina, diabetes (cukrovka) \u010di obezita, je ve sv\u011bt\u011b relativn\u011b velk\u00fd <strong>n\u00e1r\u016fst p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f psychick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na deprese.<\/strong> Podle WHO trp\u00ed depres\u00ed a\u017e 5 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace. Zpr\u00e1va WHO z roku 2022 za\u0159adila depresi mezi onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed i z nedostatku pohybu.    <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 je spojen\u00ed psychick\u00e9ho a fyzick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed a co s t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat? Je silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink vhodn\u00fdm \u201el\u00e9kem\u201c na psychick\u00e9 poruchy? To v\u0161e se dozv\u00edte v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mentalni_zdravi_se_od_toho_fyzickeho_neda_oddelit\"><\/span>Ment\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed se od toho fyzick\u00e9ho ned\u00e1 odd\u011blit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed je \u00fazce propojeno s t\u00edm psychick\u00fdm <\/strong>a je nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 se domn\u00edvat, \u017ee je m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159e\u0161it jako dva samostatn\u00e9 sv\u011bty. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m o tom p\u0159\u00edmo biologie lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 v\u00edme, \u017ee <strong>mozek intenzivn\u011b komunikuje<\/strong> s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/imunitni-system-jak-funguje-a-jake-vyhody-ziskava-diky-ockovani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem<\/a>, svalovou hmotou, tukovou tk\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010di dokonce <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-je-mikrobiom-a-jak-muze-zdravi-strev-ovlivnovat-nasi-fyzickou-i-psychickou-kondici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">st\u0159evn\u00edm mikrobiomem<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>T\u00edmto spojen\u00edm se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 samostatn\u00e1 v\u011bdn\u00ed discipl\u00edna, jej\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1zev zahrnuje v\u0161echny z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my &#8211;<strong> psychoneuroendokrinoimunologie (PNEI). <\/strong>Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je objasnit, <strong>jak ovliv\u0148uje psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed to fyzick\u00e9 (a naopak).<\/strong> Centr\u00e1ln\u00edm t\u00e9matem t\u00e9to v\u011bdn\u00ed discipl\u00edny je stres, ale velmi jednodu\u0161e tam m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit i vliv fyzick\u00e9 aktivity na ment\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Dnes u\u017e v\u00edme, \u017ee <strong>dostate\u010dn\u00fd pohyb, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/treninkove-plany\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-je-zdrava-strava-a-jak-se-naucit-jist-zdrave\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>zdrav\u00e1 strava<\/strong><\/a><strong> a <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-rychle-usnout-vyzkousejte-jednoduche-tipy-pro-lepsi-spanek\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>dostatek sp\u00e1nku<\/strong><\/a> maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd efekt na <strong>psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/strong> Nesm\u00edme v\u0161ak zapom\u00ednat na fakt, \u017ee <strong>deprese <\/strong>je <strong>onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 <strong>vy\u017eaduje l\u00e9\u010dbu<\/strong> odborn\u00edkem a ne v\u017edy je mo\u017en\u00e9 ji vy\u0159e\u0161it jen zm\u011bnou \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Cvi\u010den\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 proti stresu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Cvi\u010den\u00ed a hlavn\u011b silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink jsou pro t\u011blo formy fyzick\u00e9ho stresu. T\u011blo na takov\u00fd stres odpov\u00edd\u00e1 stejn\u011b jako na ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00fd \u2013 stresovou odpov\u011bd\u00ed. Ta je v principu st\u00e1le stejn\u00e1. Rozli\u0161ujeme v\u0161ak <strong>akutn\u00ed a chronick\u00fd stres<\/strong>, tedy ten, kter\u00fd trv\u00e1 kr\u00e1tce a po vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situace opad\u00e1, a ten, kter\u00fd trv\u00e1 dlouhodob\u011b a \u010dasto o n\u011bm nemus\u00edme ani v\u011bd\u011bt.   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/proc-je-pro-nas-stres-nebezpecny-a-jak-ho-snizit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Chronick\u00fd stres<\/strong><\/a> je spojen se zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinou <strong>kortizolu<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed dopad na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Ten je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd nejen kv\u016fli ochran\u011b p\u0159ed patogeny, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159i vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed star\u00fdch a po\u0161kozen\u00fdch bun\u011bk t\u011bla. Imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m dlouhodob\u011b potla\u010den\u00fd kortizolem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spolu s jin\u00fdmi faktory spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edvat ke vzniku rakoviny a sni\u017euje obranyschopnost t\u011bla p\u0159i mo\u017en\u00fdch infekc\u00edch.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Akutn\u00ed stres<\/strong> je zp\u016fsoben i cvi\u010den\u00edm, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 stoup\u00e1 hladina kortizolu. Tento vzestup hladiny kortizolu je ne\u0161kodn\u00fd a nezbytn\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vnou reakci t\u011bla na zv\u00fd\u0161enou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Na to v\u0161ak t\u011blo reaguje adaptivn\u011b, tedy zap\u00edn\u00e1 v\u0161echny mechanismy, kter\u00e9 vedou ke zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed stresov\u00e9 reakce. Tyto adaptivn\u00ed mechanismy v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku vedou k m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stresov\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi p\u0159i jin\u00fdch stresuj\u00edc\u00edch situac\u00edch. Jinak \u0159e\u010deno \u2013 <strong>pokud se fyzicky vystresujeme cvi\u010den\u00edm, budeme l\u00e9pe odol\u00e1vat stres\u016fm, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u017eivot<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup>    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Lep\u0161\u00ed odolnost na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed stresy zlep\u0161\u00ed nejen fungov\u00e1n\u00ed imunity a fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, ale jist\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee s <strong>udr\u017een\u00edm dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1lady<\/strong>, co\u017e ve v\u00fdsledku prosp\u011bje i psychice. Pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed resetuje dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e1ladu a psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/strong> ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v mozku a slou\u017e\u00ed k p\u0159enosu sign\u00e1lu mezi neurony &#8211; neurotransmitery. Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bji sklo\u0148ovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky v kontextu n\u00e1lady a psychick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>dopamin a serotonin. <\/strong>O obou t\u011bchto l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch se ji\u017e mluvilo jako o molekul\u00e1ch \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. To v\u0161ak nen\u00ed tak docela pravda.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/dopamin-prinasi-radost-motivaci-ale-v-nadbytku-muze-skodit-potrebujeme-dopaminovy-detox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Dopamin<\/strong><\/a> je neurotransmiter, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s poh\u00e1n\u00ed k \u010dinnostem t\u00edm, \u017ee vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>pocit o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 odm\u011bny.<\/strong> Kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1me n\u011bco p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho nebo u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bhladina dopaminu stoupne a mozek si to \u201ezapamatuje\u201c jako hodnotn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159i z\u00e1vislostech, kdy se tento syst\u00e9m naru\u0161\u00ed \u2013 drogy nebo n\u00e1vykov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fsty dopaminu, na kter\u00e9 si mozek zvykne. \u010casem se <strong>sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed citlivost<\/strong> mozku na dopamin, tak\u017ee <strong>b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u011bci p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et radost.<\/strong> V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk st\u00e1le v\u00edce spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na n\u00e1vykovou l\u00e1tku nebo chov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby v\u016fbec n\u011bco c\u00edtil.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Podobn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme mozek \u201evy\u0161\u0165avit\u201c od dopaminu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-nas-ovlivnuje-neustale-scrollovani-socialnich-siti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">scrollovan\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/7-tipu-jak-omezit-vysoce-prumyslove-zpracovane-potraviny-a-jist-zdraveji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nezdrav\u00fdm j\u00eddlem<\/a> \u010di p\u0159ehnan\u00fdm sledov\u00e1n\u00edm seri\u00e1l\u016f. V\u0161echny \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do <strong>dopaminov\u00e9ho deficitu<\/strong>, n\u00e1m <strong>kradou <\/strong>nejen <strong>pozornost<\/strong>, ale i <strong>motivaci d\u011blat jin\u00e9 v\u011bci.<\/strong> Lidov\u011b se t\u011bmto neproduktivn\u00edm a nezdrav\u00fdm \u010dinnostem \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>\u201clevn\u00fd dopamin\u201d.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pravideln\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme mozek v dopaminov\u00e9m deficitu <strong>p\u0159enastavit<\/strong>. Nejde-li o t\u011b\u017ekou z\u00e1vislost na drog\u00e1ch, ale o m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdroje &#8220;levn\u00e9ho&#8221; dopaminu, m\u016f\u017eeme se do zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho a v\u00edce motivovan\u00e9ho stavu dostat fyzickou aktivitou. Silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink <strong>zvy\u0161uje po\u010det dopaminov\u00fdch receptor\u016f v mozku<\/strong>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee mozek dok\u00e1\u017ee l\u00e9pe odpov\u00eddat i na mal\u00e9 d\u00e1vky dopaminu a nevy\u017eaduje takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, jak\u00e9 mu d\u00e1valo nezdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo \u010di scrollov\u00e1n\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed.    <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Cvi\u010den\u00edm tak\u00e9 stoup\u00e1 hladina dopaminu, kter\u00e1 je spojena s dlouhodob\u00fdm pos\u00edlen\u00edm motivace.
