Jsou jeho \u00fa\u010dinky podlo\u017een\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi studiemi, nebo jde jen o dal\u0161\u00ed trend? Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto rostliny maj\u00ed <strong>tis\u00edciletou tradici v tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 a \u00e1jurv\u00e9dsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b<\/strong>, kde se pou\u017e\u00edvaly nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b infekc\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f nebo za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b ale nikdo netu\u0161il, \u017ee za jejich \u00fa\u010dinky stoj\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed l\u00e1tka. Berberin toti\u017e je\u0161t\u011b nebyl izolovan\u00fd, a tak se vyu\u017e\u00edvaly cel\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti rostlin, nej\u010dast\u011bji ko\u0159en nebo k\u016fra. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1\u20132]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Z pohledu modern\u00ed v\u011bdy jsme berberin objevili <strong>pom\u011brn\u011b ned\u00e1vno<\/strong>. V jeho chemicky \u010dist\u00e9 form\u011b byl poprv\u00e9 izolov\u00e1n <strong>v roce 1917 ze zlatob\u00fdlu kanadsk\u00e9ho (<em>Hydrastis canadensis<\/em>)<\/strong>. Chemicky pat\u0159\u00ed mezi <strong>alkaloidy<\/strong>, tedy organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny s obsahem dus\u00edku, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v rostlin\u00e1ch. Mezi dal\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1stupci najdeme tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/kofein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kofein<\/a> nebo nikotin. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je, \u017ee berberin m\u00e1 <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u017elutou barvu.<\/strong> D\u00edky tomu se v minulosti pou\u017e\u00edval jako p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed barvivo pro textil a k\u016f\u017ei. A\u010dkoliv ho dnes v t\u00e9to roli nahradily syntetick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, st\u00e1le se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v laborato\u0159\u00edch jako fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed barvivo, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i barven\u00ed DNA pod UV sv\u011btlem. Ve skute\u010dnosti v\u0161ak berberin zaj\u00edm\u00e1 v\u011bdce u\u017e \u0159adu let d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu p\u016fsoben\u00ed na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 mechanismy. Zasahuje toti\u017e do tzv. <strong>vysoko\u00farov\u0148ov\u00fdch regul\u00e1tor\u016f energetick\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy<\/strong>, jako je enzym AMPK (adenosinmonofosf\u00e1t-aktivovan\u00e1 proteinkin\u00e1za), PKC (protein kin\u00e1za C) a SIRT1 (sirtuin 1). Tyto molekuly hraj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed <strong>metabolismu, imunitn\u00edch funkc\u00edch i z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch proces\u016f.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky tomuto komplexn\u00edmu p\u016fsoben\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt berberin zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky nejen u lid\u00ed s probl\u00e9my v t\u011bchto oblastech, ale tak\u00e9 u zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f v r\u00e1mci zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.
