Ova sitna mahunarka potje\u010de iz regije koja se prote\u017ee od Gr\u010dke do Turske i Srednje Azije. Ovdje je i pripitomljena prije vi\u0161e od 10 000 godina. Danas se mo\u017ee prona\u0107i u kuhinjama diljem svijeta, gdje \u010dini osnovu mnogih tradicionalnih jela poput<strong> indijskog dhala<\/strong> ili <strong>turske juhe od le\u0107e (<em>mercimek \u00e7orbas\u0131<\/em>). <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le\u0107a mo\u017ee biti <strong>olju\u0161tena <\/strong>ili <strong>neolju\u0161tena<\/strong>, ali \u010de\u0161\u0107e \u0107ete na\u0107i <strong>olju\u0161tenu<\/strong>. Upravo je potonja, zahvaljuju\u0107i mehani\u010dkom lju\u0161tenju <strong>brz i <\/strong><strong>prakti\u010dan osnovni obrok.<\/strong> Nakon berbe, le\u0107a se prvo su\u0161i, a zatim prolazi kroz proces lju\u0161tenja. Ovaj tretman ne samo da le\u0107i daje tipi\u010dnu <strong>naran\u010dastu <\/strong>do<strong> crvenu boju,<\/strong> ve\u0107 i smanjuje sadr\u017eaj odre\u0111enih antinutrijenata, \u010dime se <strong>pobolj\u0161ava njihova probavljivost.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er impresioniraju svojim okusom koji je <strong>nje\u017ean <\/strong>i<strong> blago ora\u0161ast.<\/strong> Ova sorta je popularna i zato \u0161to je, za razliku od drugih, <strong>ne treba namakati,<\/strong> brzo se kuha i vrlo je probavljiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvrstan je <strong>biljni izvor proteina,<\/strong> \u0161to je posebno cijenjeno me\u0111uo veganima i vegetarijancima, a ujedno se mo\u017ee pohvaliti i pristojnom koli\u010dinom vlakana, slo\u017eenih ugljikohidrata, \u017eeljeza ili folne kiseline. Ima zadivljuju\u0107i spektar makro i mikronutrijenata, \u0161to je \u010dini doslovno superhranom. Tako\u0111er \u0107ete saznati koliko kalorija ima crvena le\u0107a i jesu li antinutrijenti problem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Slo\u017eeni ugljikohidrati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U 100 g crvene le\u0107e nalazimo otprilike <strong>60 g <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/ugljikohidrati-klasifikacija-izvori-probava-funkcije-u-tijelu-i-optimalan-unos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ugljikohidrata<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>posebno onih slo\u017eenih. Zahvaljuju\u0107i njima, pouzdano nas zasi\u0107uje i postupno osloba\u0111a energiju. Ovi se ugljikohidrati <strong>ne\u0161to sporije probavljaju<\/strong>. Stoga ne uzrokuju velike fluktuacije \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemija), \u0161to se mo\u017ee vidjeti u prirodno <strong>niskom glikemijskom indeksu<\/strong> crvene le\u0107e (cca. 30). <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[6,8]<\/mark><\/sup>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijednost glikemijskog indeksa govori nam koliko brzo glikemija raste nakon konzumiranja odre\u0111ene hrane. Ako to usporedimo s GI-jem bijelog kruha, naprimjer, koji iznosi 75, mo\u017eemo vidjeti da se kod le\u0107e on puno sporije pove\u0107ava.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[14]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Protein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od najja\u010dih strana crvene le\u0107e je njezin sadr\u017eaj <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/proteini-njihove-funkcije-u-tijelu-preporuceni-unos-izvori-iz-hrane-i-simptomi-nedostatka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proteina<\/a>. Sadr\u017ei oko <strong>25 g\/100 g.<\/strong> To je prili\u010dno dobra koli\u010dina, s obzirom na to da iz jedne male porcije le\u0107e (50 g) mo\u017eete dobiti do oko 13 g proteina. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7,8]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je li protein u crvenoj le\u0107i dobre kvalitete? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda ste \u010duli da proteini u biljnoj hrani <strong>nisu potpuni. <\/strong>To je istina, a vrijedi i za crvenu le\u0107u. Ne sadr\u017ei dovoljne koli\u010dine svih <strong>esencijalnih <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/aminokiseline-klasifikacija-funkcije-u-tijelu-ucinak-na-sportsku-izvedbu-i-njihovi-najbolji-izvori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>aminokiselina,<\/strong><\/a><strong> odnosno<\/strong>, onih koje na\u0161a tijela ne mogu proizvesti i moraju ih dobiti iz hrane ili dodataka prehrani. Konkretno, le\u0107a ima <strong>nizak sadr\u017eaj metionina i cisteina.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, to nije problem, \u010dak i ako se hranite isklju\u010divo biljnom prehranom. Ove aminokiseline bogate su<span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/zitarice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>\u017eitaricama <\/strong><\/a><\/span><strong>poput <\/strong>ri\u017ee, p\u0161enice ili je\u010dma<strong>.<\/strong> Dakle, ako se mahunarke i \u017eitarice kombiniraju u prehrani, lako mo\u017eete dobiti <strong>cijeli spektar esencijalnih aminokiselina<\/strong> potrebnih za izgradnju mi\u0161i\u0107a i drugih tjelesnih proteina. Jo\u0161 bolja vijest je da se <strong>ne moraju kombinirati u jednom obroku, ve\u0107<\/strong> ih mo\u017eete jesti puno tijekom dana. Le\u0107a sadr\u017ei galaktooligosaharide (GOS) koji kod nekih ljudi mogu uzrokovati nadutost.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Osobe s nelije\u010denim<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-je-giht-kako-se-razvija-i-sto-jesti-na-dijeti-s-niskim-udjelom-purina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>gihtom<\/strong><\/a> jer sadr\u017ee purine.
