Neki se mi\u0161i\u0107i kontrahiraju, drugi se izdu\u017euju, i samo njihova pravilna suradnja osigurat \u0107e da hodamo, tr\u010dimo, di\u017eemo predmete ili vje\u017ebamo. Sve pokrete kontrolira mozak, \u0161to implicira da mozak i mi\u0161i\u0107i moraju biti vrlo dobro povezani. Zahvaljuju\u0107i <strong>motornim neuronima<\/strong>, koji su odgovorni za <strong>prijenos signala iz mozga u mi\u0161i\u0107e<\/strong>, mo\u017eemo izvoditi najslo\u017eenije pokrete. Cilj istra\u017eivanja bio je utvrditi kako razli\u010dite strategije <strong>usmjerenosti tijekom vje\u017ebanja<\/strong> utje\u010du na <strong>pove\u0107anje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase<\/strong> tijekom dugotrajnog treninga snage. Uspore\u0111ivan je u\u010dinak svjesnog fokusiranja na kontrakciju ciljanog mi\u0161i\u0107a (mind-muscle connection) s fokusiranjem na cjelokupni pokret. Istra\u017eivanje je trajalo 8 tjedana i uklju\u010dilo je 30 mu\u0161karaca koji ne treniraju. Rezultati su pokazali da je fokusiranje na kontrakciju dovelo do ve\u0107eg pove\u0107anja <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/popis-vjezbi-bicepsi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bicepsa<\/a>, ali ne i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/popis-vjezbi-misici-nogu-zadnja-loza-listovi-i-natkoljenice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kvadricepsa<\/a>. <strong>Razlike u snazi nisu bile statisti\u010dki zna\u010dajne<\/strong>, iako je trend pokazivao ve\u0107e pove\u0107anje snage kod onih koji su se fokusirali na cjelokupni pokret prilikom vje\u017ebi za noge. Dulje vrijeme pod napeto\u0161\u0107u ja\u010de optere\u0107uje mi\u0161i\u0107na vlakna i olak\u0161ava percepciju kontrakcije. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manja te\u017eina \u2260 slabiji u\u010dinak <\/strong> &#8211; do ~60% maksimalne te\u017eine, veza mozga i mi\u0161i\u0107a je najizra\u017eenija; slabi tijekom te\u0161kih, slo\u017eenih vje\u017ebi. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vizualizacija <\/strong> \u2013 u mislima zamislite kako se mi\u0161i\u0107na vlakna \u201caktiviraju\u201d, krv te\u010de prema mi\u0161i\u0107u i on postaje sna\u017eniji sa svakim ponavljanjem. Slabljenje veze izme\u0111u mozga i mi\u0161i\u0107a tako\u0111er je krivac. Niska aktivnost u starijoj dobi, u kombinaciji sa smanjenjem brzih mi\u0161i\u0107nih vlakana, naziva se atrofija (skupljanje mi\u0161i\u0107a), a slabe neuromuskularne veze recept su za \u010de\u0161\u0107e padove i nemogu\u0107nost pravilne koordinacije pokreta u starosti.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao rezultat toga, to negativno utje\u010de na cjelokupnu kvalitetu \u017eivota u starijoj dobi, kada je rizik od ozljeda i hospitalizacije znatno ve\u0107i. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvosmjerna komunikacija izme\u0111u mozga i mi\u0161i\u0107a tako\u0111er zna\u010di da kada su <strong>veze oslabljene<\/strong>, manje signala dopire do mozga kako bi se potaknulo stvaranje novih veza, tj. <strong>neuroplasti\u010dnost<\/strong>.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je, kako bismo <strong>odr\u017eali tijelo \u0161to zdravijim i funkcionalnijim<\/strong>, va\u017eno redovito <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/plan-treninga-i-vjezbe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vje\u017ebati<\/strong><\/a>.<strong> <\/strong>ne samo snagu, ve\u0107 i vezu izme\u0111u mozga i mi\u0161i\u0107a.
