Cilj te \u0161tudije je bil ugotoviti, kako razli\u010dne strategije <strong>osredoto\u010denosti na vadbo<\/strong> vplivajo na <strong>pridobivanje mi\u0161i\u010dne mase<\/strong> med dolgotrajnim treningom mo\u010di. Primerjali so u\u010dinek zavestnega osredoto\u010danja na kr\u010denje ciljne mi\u0161ice (povezava uma in mi\u0161ice) v primerjavi z zavestnim osredoto\u010danjem na celotno gibanje. \u0160tudija je obsegala 8 tednov vadbe pri 30 mo\u0161kih, ki sicer ne trenirajo. Rezultat je pokazal, da je osredoto\u010danje na kr\u010denje privedlo do ve\u010djega pove\u010danja <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/8-najboljsih-vaj-za-biceps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bicepsa<\/a>, ne pa tudi <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/9-najboljsih-vaj-za-stegna-in-meca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kvadricepsa<\/a>. <strong>Razlike v mo\u010di niso bile statisti\u010dno pomembne, <\/strong>\u010deprav je trend kazal na ve\u010djo mo\u010d pri osredoto\u010danju na celotno gibanje med vajami za noge. Kriva je tudi slab\u0161a povezava med mo\u017egani in mi\u0161icami. Nizka aktivnost v starosti skupaj z zmanj\u0161evanjem \u0161tevila hitro prebavljivih mi\u0161i\u010dnih vlaken se imenuje atrofija (kr\u010denje mi\u0161ic), \u0161ibke \u017eiv\u010dno-mi\u0161i\u010dne povezave pa so recept za pogostej\u0161e padce in nezmo\u017enost pravilne koordinacije gibov v starosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To negativno vpliva na splo\u0161no kakovost \u017eivljenja v starej\u0161ih letih, ko je tveganje za po\u0161kodbe in hospitalizacijo ve\u010dje. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvosmerna komunikacija med mo\u017egani in mi\u0161icami pomeni tudi, da ob <strong>oslabitvi povezav<\/strong> v mo\u017egane prihaja manj signalov, ki spodbujajo nastanek novih povezav, tj. <strong>nevroplasti\u010dnost.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi <strong>ohranili \u010dim bolj zdravo in funkcionalno telo,<\/strong> je pomembno, da <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/vadba-in-trening\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vadimo<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>ne le mo\u010d, temve\u010d tudi povezavo med mo\u017egani in mi\u0161icami. Z <strong>dovolj <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/beljakovine-njihove-funkcije-v-telesu-priporocen-vnos-prehranski-viri-in-simptomi-pomanjkanja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>beljakovinami<\/strong><\/a><strong> in kakovostnim <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/kako-hitro-zaspati-preizkusite-te-preproste-nasvete-za-boljsi-spanec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>spancem,<\/strong><\/a> si lahko zagotovimo, da nas tudi starost ne bo omejevala v vsakdanjem \u017eivljenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zakljucek\"><\/span>Zaklju\u010dek<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravilna tehnika vadbe in \u201eob\u010dutenje\u201c posameznih mi\u0161ic med <strong>izoliranimi vajami<\/strong> lahko pripomoreta ne le k bolj\u0161i <strong>rasti mi\u0161ic,<\/strong> temve\u010d tudi k bolj\u0161emu nadzoru nad lastnim telesom. Na to lahko gledamo kot na \u0161e en del\u010dek, ki se prilega celotni sliki na\u0161e vadbene filozofije. Z vajami, namenjenimi krepitvi povezave med mo\u017egani in mi\u0161icami, bomo poskrbeli tudi za to, da nas starostni upad mo\u010di ali kognitivnih funkcij ne bo tako prizadel.
