Then we start preparing the dough. <strong>Whisk the eggs with the honey<\/strong> until thick and white. Gently stir in the<strong> sifted <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-fine-wholemeal-spelt-flour-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>spelt flour<\/strong><\/a><strong> with <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>baking powder<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ceylon-cinnamon-powder-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cinnamon<\/strong><\/a><strong>, 50 g of finely ground <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/walnuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>walnuts<\/strong><\/a><strong>, milk and oil<\/strong>. This should make a sticky dough. Then take 2 large baking trays and a cake tin with a diameter of 20 cm. Put baking paper on both trays. On one, <strong>trace the cake tin<\/strong> side by side twice; on the other, trace once. We will need 3 cake sponges. Spread the cream on top of each cake base and stack them on top of each other. Sprinkle the top, which is also coated with cream, with<strong> finely chopped walnuts<\/strong> and place in the fridge to set for at least 2-3 hours.
