Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a determina modul \u00een care diferite strategii de <strong>concentrare <\/strong> pe exerci\u021bii afecteaz\u0103 <strong>cre\u0219terea masei musculare<\/strong> \u00een timpul antrenamentului de for\u021b\u0103 pe termen lung. A fost comparat efectul concentr\u0103rii con\u0219tiente asupra contrac\u021biei musculare \u021bint\u0103 (conexiunea minte-mu\u0219chi) versus concentrarea con\u0219tient\u0103 asupra mi\u0219c\u0103rii generale. Studiul a constat \u00een 8 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de antrenament la 30 de b\u0103rba\u021bi neantrena\u021bi. Rezultatul a fost c\u0103 concentrarea asupra contrac\u021biei a dus la o cre\u0219tere mai mare a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/blog\/lista-de-exercitii-bicepsi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bicep\u0219ilor<\/a>, dar nu \u0219i a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/blog\/lista-de-exercitii-muschii-picioarelor-coapsele-hamstring-si-gambele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cvadricep\u0219ilor<\/a>. <strong>Diferen\u021bele de for\u021b\u0103 nu au fost semnificative statistic<\/strong>, de\u0219i tendin\u021ba a indicat o for\u021b\u0103 mai mare atunci c\u00e2nd se concentreaz\u0103 asupra mi\u0219c\u0103rii generale \u00een timpul exerci\u021biilor pentru picioare.
