\u010cerven\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka ale tyto obavy vyvrac\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad loupan\u00e1 je <strong>uva\u0159en\u00e1 u\u017e za p\u00e1r minut<\/strong>, je <strong>lehce straviteln\u00e1<\/strong> a v kuchyni maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>v\u0161estrann\u00e1<\/strong>. Krom\u011b toho je i velmi <strong>v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e1 <\/strong>a jej\u00ed s\u00edla spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 i v tom, jak jednodu\u0161e ji lze za\u0159adit do ka\u017edodenn\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Tato drobn\u00e1 lu\u0161t\u011bnina poch\u00e1z\u00ed z oblasti, kter\u00e1 se t\u00e1hne od \u0158ecka p\u0159es Turecko a\u017e po st\u0159edn\u00ed Asii. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde prob\u00edhala p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 000 lety i jej\u00ed domestikace. Po sklizni se \u010do\u010dka nejprve su\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed procesem odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed slupky. Tato \u00faprava j\u00ed nejen dod\u00e1 typickou <strong>oran\u017eovou <\/strong>a\u017e <strong>\u010dervenou barvu<\/strong>, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017euje obsah n\u011bkter\u00fdch antinutri\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e1tek, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se <strong>zlep\u0161uje jej\u00ed stravitelnost.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaujme i chut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je <strong>jemn\u00e1 <\/strong>a <strong>m\u00edrn\u011b o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc je popul\u00e1rn\u00ed i d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od ostatn\u00edch druh\u016f se <strong>nemus\u00ed nam\u00e1\u010det<\/strong>, rychle se va\u0159\u00ed a py\u0161n\u00ed se i dobrou stravitelnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 skv\u011bl\u00fdm <strong>rostlinn\u00fdm zdrojem b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>, co\u017e ocen\u00ed zejm\u00e9na vegani a vegetari\u00e1ni, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se m\u016f\u017ee pochlubit slu\u0161n\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm vl\u00e1kniny, komplexn\u00edch sacharid\u016f, \u017eeleza nebo kyseliny listov\u00e9. M\u00e1 obdivuhodn\u00e9 spektrum makro\u017eivin i mikro\u017eivin, co\u017e z n\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 doslova superpotravinu. Komplexn\u00ed sacharidy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve 100 g \u010derven\u00e9 \u010do\u010dky najdeme p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>60 g <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/sacharidy-deleni-zdroje-traveni-funkce-v-tele-a-optimalni-prijem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>sacharid\u016f<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jde zejm\u00e9na o ty komplexn\u00ed. B\u00edlkoviny<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch str\u00e1nek \u010derven\u00e9 \u010do\u010dky je jej\u00ed pod\u00edl <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/bilkoviny-funkce-v-tele-optimalni-prijem-zdroje-v-potravinach-a-co-hrozi-pri-jejich-nedostatku\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">b\u00edlkovin<\/a>. Obsahuje jich toti\u017e zhruba <strong>25 g\/100 g<\/strong>.
