N\u011bkter\u00e9 svaly se stahuj\u00ed, jin\u00e9 prodlu\u017euj\u00ed a jen jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 kooperace zajist\u00ed, \u017ee budeme kr\u00e1\u010det, b\u011b\u017eet, zvedat p\u0159edm\u011bty nebo cvi\u010dit. V\u0161echny pohyby jsou kontrolov\u00e1ny mozkem, z \u010deho\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee mozek a svaly mus\u00ed b\u00fdt velmi dob\u0159e propojeny. Existence <strong>spojen\u00ed mezi mozkem a svaly<\/strong> n\u00e1m tedy napov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee by toto spojen\u00ed mohlo m\u00edt sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam i z hlediska s\u00edly a nab\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_funguje_spojeni_mozek-sval\"><\/span>Jak funguje spojen\u00ed mozek-sval<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaly by bez mozku byly jen zbyte\u010dn\u00e1 hmota, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m bere energii. D\u00edky <strong>motorick\u00fdm neuron\u016fm<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za <strong>p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed sign\u00e1lu z mozku do sval\u016f<\/strong>, m\u016f\u017eeme prov\u00e1d\u011bt ty nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohyby. Ty funguj\u00ed d\u00edky   <strong>svalov\u00fdm kontrakc\u00edm. P\u0159i tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed spojen\u00ed mezi mozkem a svaly je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se na v\u0161echny f\u00e1ze pohybu <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Koncentrick\u00e1<\/strong>, kdy se sval zkracuje a zved\u00e1 b\u0159emeno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excentrick\u00e1<\/strong>, kdy se sval prodlu\u017euje, ale st\u00e1le pod nap\u011bt\u00edm brzd\u00ed b\u0159emeno. Ke komunikaci mezi svaly a mozkem vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo neurotransmiter <strong>acetylcholin<\/strong>, co\u017e je jak\u00fdsi \u201eposel\u201c nesouc\u00ed sign\u00e1l o tom, \u017ee je t\u0159eba dan\u00fd sval aktivovat. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce svaly pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, t\u00edm v\u00edce acetylcholinu se prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm <strong>nervov\u011b-svalov\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed<\/strong> vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a toto spojen\u00ed se zlep\u0161uje. C\u00edlem t\u00e9to studie bylo zjistit, jak r\u016fzn\u00e9 strategie <strong>soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed se na cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>n\u00e1r\u016fst svalov\u00e9<\/strong> hmoty b\u011bhem dlouhodob\u00e9ho silov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku. Srovn\u00e1n byl \u00fa\u010dinek v\u011bdom\u00e9ho soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed na kontrakci c\u00edlov\u00e9ho svalu (mind-muscle connection) oproti v\u011bdom\u00e9mu soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed na celkov\u00fd pohyb. Studie sest\u00e1vala z 8 t\u00fddn\u016f tr\u00e9ninku u 30 netr\u00e9novan\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f.
