Die Hauptzutat ist <strong>Thunfisch mit Cottage Cheese und Protein<\/strong>. Es wird dich wahrscheinlich nicht \u00fcberraschen, dass diese Muffins <strong>reich an Proteinen<\/strong> sind. Au\u00dferdem haben wir Vollkornmehl verwendet, um die richtige Konsistenz und einen optimalen Kohlenhydratgehalt zu erreichen. Dann haben wir nur noch ein paar Gew\u00fcrze hinzugef\u00fcgt.
