Einen <strong>Hokkaidok\u00fcrbis<\/strong> waschen und <strong>halbieren<\/strong>. Die Schale am K\u00fcrbis lassen. Sie muss nicht gesch\u00e4lt oder geschnitten werden. Aus beiden H\u00e4lften die <strong>Kerne entfernen<\/strong>. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und den K\u00fcrbis mit der Schale nach oben darauf legen. Das Backblech mit dem K\u00fcrbis in den <strong>auf ca. 180 \u00b0C vorgeheizten Backofen schieben<\/strong> und weich backen. Das dauert ca. <strong>30-45 Minuten<\/strong> (je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des K\u00fcrbisses). Nach dem Backen den K\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len und <strong>das Fruchtfleisch fein p\u00fcrieren<\/strong>. Wenn das P\u00fcree zu w\u00e4ssrig ist, auf dem Herd einkochen, bis es eine dickere Konsistenz hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt k\u00f6nnen die <strong>Gnocchi<\/strong> zubereitet werden. <strong>Das P\u00fcree<\/strong> nehmen und das <strong>Eigelb<\/strong> unterr\u00fchren. Dann <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salz<\/a><\/strong> <strong>und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/mehl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mehl<\/a><\/strong> hinzugeben. Kochen, <strong>bis sie an der Oberfl\u00e4che schwimmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann mit der <strong>Zubereitung der So\u00dfe<\/strong> beginnen. Zuerst den <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-tofu-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tofu<\/strong><\/a> nehmen und mit einem Papiertuch abtrocknen, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges Wasser loszuwerden. Dann <strong>in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden<\/strong> und mit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Salz<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pfeffer<\/strong><\/a> w\u00fcrzen. Au\u00dferdem kann man jedes beliebige Gew\u00fcrz hinzuf\u00fcgen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Pfanne erhitzen, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">mit \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen<\/a><\/strong>, den <strong>Tofu<\/strong> hineingeben und <strong>anbraten, bis er goldbraun ist<\/strong>. Nach und nach den <strong>Babyspinat, die pflanzliche Sahne<\/strong> und dann die <strong>Gnocchi<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles vermengen lassen. Zum Schluss die <strong>zarte Hefe, Salz, Pfeffer<\/strong> und die zuvor in kleine St\u00fccke geschnittenen <strong>frischen Basilikumbl\u00e4tter<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das war&#8217;s schon.
