Die Backzeit kann man mit einem Zahnstocher absch\u00e4tzen: Wenn der Teig am Zahnstocher kleben bleibt, ist der Kuchen noch nicht fertig. In diesem Fall muss der Kuchen weitere 10 Minuten gebacken werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Kuchen gebacken und abgek\u00fchlt ist, teile ihn in zwei imagin\u00e4re H\u00e4lften und halbiere ihn der L\u00e4nge nach. So erh\u00e4ltst du zwei niedrige Kuchenb\u00f6den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quark, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/protein-true-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Vanilleproteinpulver<\/a>, Xylitol <\/strong>zusammen in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren und <strong>Aromatropfen<\/strong> nach Geschmack hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles gr\u00fcndlich aufschlagen und schon kann man mit dem Schichten beginnen. <strong>50 g <a aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/jammy-spread-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Geleeaufstrich<\/a> mit Erdbeeren<\/strong>&nbsp;auf dem unteren Boden verteilen.
