Nach dem Kochen <strong>werden 75 ml des verwendeten Wassers aufbewahrt<\/strong> und der Rest abgeseiht. <strong>Die gekochten Zutaten und das restliche Wasser<\/strong> in einen Mixer geben, wo auch der Saft der <strong>Zitrone, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salz<\/a>, Pfeffer und Kurkuma<\/strong> hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Alles zusammen <strong>mixen<\/strong>, bis eine <strong>cremige Masse<\/strong> entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann<strong>&nbsp;das <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/agar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agar<\/a> in 100 ml Wasser<\/strong> in einem kleinen Topf aufl\u00f6sen und es aufkochen lassen. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren <strong>etwa 1-2 Minuten kochen lassen.<\/strong> Nach dem Kochen diese Agar-Mischung zu der <strong>Nussmischung<\/strong> geben und gut verr\u00fchren, bis sich die beiden Mischungen vollst\u00e4ndig verbunden haben. In der Zwischenzeit eine <strong>K\u00e4seform oder Sch\u00fcssel vorbereiten, mit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/kokosol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00d6l<\/a> bespr\u00fchen<\/strong> und die <strong>vorbereitete K\u00e4semischung<\/strong> hineingeben. Den so vorbereiteten K\u00e4se <strong>\u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank durchziehen lassen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du den K\u00e4se <strong>reiben<\/strong> m\u00f6chtest, legst du ihn f\u00fcr einige Stunden <strong>in den Gefrierschrank.<\/strong> Du kannst den K\u00e4se <strong>in einem Salat, f\u00fcr Pizza oder als Vorspeise verwenden.<\/strong> Man kann ihn auch auf <strong>s\u00fc\u00dfe Weise<\/strong> mit frischen Fr\u00fcchten und Reisbrot genie\u00dfen.
