Mo\u017eda ste ga ve\u0107 sreli kao sastojak dijetetskih suplemenata koji se \u010desto koriste kod sindroma <strong>policisti\u010dnih jajnika (PCOS)<\/strong>, ili u vezi sa povi\u0161enim <strong>\u0161e\u0107erom u krvi, hormonskim disbalansom<\/strong> ili <strong> neregularnim menstrualnim ciklusima<\/strong>. U\u010destvuje u <strong>prenosu signala i informacija me\u0111u njima<\/strong>. Zato inozitol sve vi\u0161e dolazi u prvi plan kao obe\u0107avaju\u0107i deo terapije za PCOS.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako inozitol deluje kod sindroma policisti\u010dnih jajnika (PCOS)?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U kontekstu sindroma policisti\u010dnih jajnika, nau\u010dnici uglavnom prou\u010davaju <strong>mio-inozitol<\/strong> \u2013 i to s razlogom. Na taj na\u010din, mo\u017ee imati pozitivan uticaj na <strong>menstrualni ciklus, ovulaciju<\/strong>, kao i na <strong>ukupno zdravlje \u017eene.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za mnoge \u017eene sa PCOS-om, inozitol mo\u017ee predstavljati dobrodo\u0161ao deo brige o zdravlju. Osim toga, \u010desto je povezan sa digestivnim tegobama. Zbog toga se tra\u017ee i ispituju <strong>alternative<\/strong> za \u017eene sa PCOS-om koje nemaju dijabetes. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo su efekti metformina i inozitola upore\u0111eni u kvalitetnoj italijanskoj polu-randomizovanoj studiji koja je pratila 46 \u017eena sa PCOS-om, starosti izme\u0111u 18 i 28 godina, <strong>tokom 6 meseci.<\/strong> Sve \u017eene su imale insulinsku rezistenciju i nisu uzimale nikakve lekove. U studiji je tako\u0111e u\u010destvovalo 30 zdravih \u017eena kao kontrolna grupa.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dene sa PCOS-om su nasumi\u010dno podeljene u dve grupe. Jedna grupa je uzimala <strong>1500 mg metformina<\/strong> dnevno (standardna doza), dok je drugoj propisano <strong> 4 g mio-inozitola <\/strong> i <strong>400 \u03bcg <\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.rs\/folna-kiselina-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>folne kiseline<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Folna kiselina se tradicionalno dodaje suplementima sa mio-inozitolom jer je njihova kombinacija pokazala efikasnost u podr\u0161ci \u017eenskom zdravlju. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istra\u017eiva\u010di su razmatrali niz parametara, na primer:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.rs\/blog\/sta-je-bmi-kalkulator-i-da-li-je-uopste-pouzdan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Indeks telesne mase (BMI)<\/a>, koji se koristi za procenu telesne te\u017eine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du\u017eina menstrualnog ciklusa <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HOMA-IR indeks, koji procenjuje ozbiljnost insulinske rezistencije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koncentracija polnih hormona <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi parametri su mereni na po\u010detku istra\u017eivanja i nakon 6 meseci le\u010denja. Pokazalo se da je inozitol bio efikasan kao i metformin, a u nekim slu\u010dajevima ga je i nadma\u0161io. Mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u spre\u010davanju gestacijskog dijabetesa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gestacijski dijabetes melitus (GDM) je oblik dijabetesa koji se javlja tokom <strong>trudno\u0107e<\/strong>. Nastaje kada telo trudnice ne mo\u017ee efikasno da obradi glukozu \u2013 uglavnom zbog <strong>insulinske rezistencije<\/strong>, koja prirodno raste tokom tog perioda. Nakon poro\u0111aja, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva, <strong>se povla\u010di spontano<\/strong>, ali ako se ne kontroli\u0161e, mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od razvoja <strong>tipa 2 dijabetesa u budu\u0107nosti.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dene sa gestacijskim dijabetesom imaju <strong> nestabilne nivoe \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemije) <\/strong> i zbog toga rizik od hiperglikemije (previ\u0161e \u0161e\u0107era) ili hipoglikemije (premalo \u0161e\u0107era). Odr\u017eavanje glikemije \u0161to bli\u017ee normalnim vrednostima va\u017eno je ne samo za zdravlje majke, ve\u0107 i za <strong> pravilan razvoj bebe i nesmetan tok trudno\u0107e. <\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako inozitol deluje kod gestacijskog dijabetesa?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod gestacijskog dijabetesa, inozitol mo\u017ee delovati sli\u010dno kao kod PCOS-a zahvaljuju\u0107i svom uticaju na osetljivost na insulin. Pokazano je da mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u kontroli <strong>glikemije kod ve\u0107 razvijenog GDM-a<\/strong>, ali je tako\u0111e koristan u <strong>prevenciji. <\/strong> Na primer, u jednoj preglednoj studiji pokazano je da uzimanje 4 g inozitola dnevno smanjuje rizik od GDM-a za 40%. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,5]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi rezultati su ohrabruju\u0107i, ali je tako\u0111e va\u017eno naglasiti da <strong>suplementacija inozitolom uvek treba da bude deo sveobuhvatnog pristupa <\/strong> \u2013 dakle, u kombinaciji sa promenom ishrane, odgovaraju\u0107om fizi\u010dkom aktivno\u0161\u0107u i redovnom kontrolom glikemije. U prvom tromese\u010dju su merili <strong>nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemija), HOMA-IR indeks<\/strong> (indeks za procenu insulinske rezistencije), <br> <span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">i druge parametre. Zatim im je propisana rutina suplementacije \u2013 <br> <\/span>polovina \u017eena je uzimala 4 g mio-inozitola i 400 \u03bcg folne kiseline, dok je druga polovina dobijala <strong> placebo. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kraju trudno\u0107e, ponovo su im mereni parametri. Pokazalo se da je grupa koja je svakodnevno uzimala mio-inozitol imala <strong>3% ni\u017ei nivo glukoze u krvi<\/strong> na prazan stomak u odnosu na prvo tromese\u010dje. Nasuprot tome, kod \u017eena u placebo grupi je prose\u010dan nivo bio \u010dak vi\u0161i nego na po\u010detku. Smanjuje rizik od metaboli\u010dkog sindroma i dijabetesa tipa 2 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U poslednjim godinama, inozitol sve vi\u0161e dolazi u centar pa\u017enje kao zanimljiv saveznik u borbi protiv metaboli\u010dkog sindroma i dijabetesa tipa 2 \u2013 i to s razlogom. Klju\u010dni problem kod ovih bolesti je <strong>insulinska rezistencija, o kojoj<\/strong> smo ve\u0107 govorili. Budu\u0107i da inozitol poma\u017ee u pove\u0107anju osetljivosti na insulin, mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u borbi protiv ovog problema, pobolj\u0161avaju\u0107i preme\u0161tanje glukoze iz krvi u \u0107elije i tako doprineti kontroli glikemije.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primer, rezultati studija sugeri\u0161u da suplementacija inozitolom <strong>mo\u017ee smanjiti i glikemiju<\/strong> na prazan stomak i nivoe <strong> glikoziliranog hemoglobina<\/strong>, <strong>koji<\/strong> su klju\u010dni pokazatelji dugoro\u010dne kontrole dijabetesa. <br><strong> <\/strong>Ovo ga \u010dini pogodnim dodatkom standardnoj antidiabeti\u010dkoj terapiji. Jo\u0161 je zanimljivije to \u0161to je mehanizam njegovog delovanja sli\u010dan mehanizmu metformina, leka koji je prvi izbor u le\u010denju dijabetesa.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,14]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, inozitol se pokazuje kao <strong>pogodan dodatak standardnom le\u010denju dijabetesa<\/strong>. Zanimljivo je da njegov mehanizam delovanja na mnogo na\u010dina podse\u0107a na <strong> metformin<\/strong> \u2013 lek izbora za le\u010denje dijabetesa tipa 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, i u ovom slu\u010daju, <strong> nutritivni suplementi<\/strong> <strong>nisu zamena za lekove ili lekarski nadzor<\/strong>, ali mogu predstavljati vrednu podr\u0161ku u le\u010denju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nau\u010dni pogled na inozitol: Kakav efekat ima na dijabetes tipa 2?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednom istra\u017eivanju, nau\u010dnici su posmatrali 20 u\u010desnika sa dijabetesom tipa 2. Svi su uzimali antidiabetike, a efekat mio-inozitola je pra\u0107en isklju\u010divo kao dodatna terapija. Svi su dnevno uzimali <strong>1100 mg mio-inozitola, 27,6 mg d-hiro-inozitola <\/strong> i <strong>400 <\/strong> <strong>\u03bcg folne kiseline<\/strong> tokom 3 meseca<strong>.<\/strong>       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon tri meseca, kod grupe je zabele\u017eeno prose\u010dno smanjenje <strong>glikoziliranog hemoglobina<\/strong> od <strong>10%<\/strong>. Ovaj parametar nam govori koliki je prose\u010dan nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi tokom poslednja tri meseca. Ako se vrednost smanjila, to zna\u010di da su tokom tog perioda uspe\u0161no odr\u017eavali bolju kontrolu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi nego ranije. Mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati reproduktivno zdravlje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mio-inozitol ima va\u017enu ulogu u pravilnom funkcionisanju reproduktivnog sistema \u2013 kako kod \u017eena, tako i kod mu\u0161karaca. <br><\/strong> U telu u\u010destvuje u mnogim procesima vezanim za hormonalnu ravnote\u017eu, sazrevanje polnih \u0107elija i op\u0161ti metabolizam \u0107elija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod \u017eena, mio-inozitol se prou\u010dava u vezi sa kvalitetom jajnih \u0107elija i potpomognutom reprodukcijom, kao \u0161to je ve\u0161ta\u010dka oplodnja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i vantelesnu oplodnju (IVF). Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da dovoljan nivo mio-inozitola u folikularnoj te\u010dnosti (te\u010dnost koja okru\u017euje jajnu \u0107eliju) <strong> pove\u0107ava kvalitet jajne <\/strong> \u0107elije i \u0161ansu za oplodnju. Jednako je va\u017ean i kod mu\u0161karaca \u2013 <strong>nizak nivo inozitola u spermi<\/strong> \u010desto je povezan sa smanjenim kvalitetom spermatozoida.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mio-inozitol se pokazao korisnim i u <strong> pripremi za vantelesnu oplodnju<\/strong>, gde mo\u017ee da <strong> pobolj\u0161a sazrevanje jajnih \u0107elija i pove\u0107a \u0161anse za oplodnju. <\/strong> Tako\u0111e poma\u017ee kod problema sa ovulacijom, koji su \u010desti kod \u017eena sa sindromom policisti\u010dnih jajnika (PCOS).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako inozitol mo\u017eda nije \u010dudotvorni suplement, kod <strong>poku\u0161aja za\u010de\u0107a mo\u017ee biti prirodna podr\u0161ka<\/strong> koja poma\u017ee telu da funkcioni\u0161e kako treba. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nau\u010dni pogled na inozitol: Kakav efekat ima na plodnost?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednoj studiji u\u010destvovalo je 60 \u017eena koje su imale dijagnozu neplodnosti. Sve su pro\u0161le terapiju plodnosti i uz to su uzimale <strong> 4 g mio-inozitola u prahu i folnu kiselinu.<\/strong> Studija je obuhvatila i kontrolnu grupu od 30 \u017eena koje su uz standardnu terapiju dobijale placebo u obliku folne kiseline (400 mg dnevno).
