Mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s kdysi m\u011bli v kapse sv\u00e9 virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159\u00e1tko, kter\u00e9 bylo nutn\u00e9 krmit, hr\u00e1t si s n\u00edm, nebo mu dop\u0159\u00e1t klidn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek. Tento jednoduch\u00fd rozpis p\u00e9\u010de by se dal aplikovat i na virtu\u00e1ln\u00edho avatara a na zdrav\u00ed na\u0161eho organismu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m sice nepo\u0161le notifikaci ani nep\u00edpne jako Tamagotchi, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd den k n\u00e1m promlouv\u00e1 sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm jazykem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy <strong>\u0161eptem pros\u00ed o vodu, jindy k\u0159i\u010d\u00ed hlady, tou\u017e\u00ed po vitam\u00ednech a ob\u010das ztichne, abychom si sami vzpomn\u011bli, \u017ee i my jsme d\u016fle\u017eit\u00ed<\/strong>. Naslouchat sign\u00e1l\u016fm na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed nen\u00ed v dne\u0161n\u00ed usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e9. Klademe velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na r\u016fzn\u00e9 oblasti, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o pr\u00e1ci, \u0161kolu, dom\u00e1cnost nebo rodinu. Pomysln\u00e9 p\u00edp\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho vnit\u0159n\u00edho Tamagotchi tak \u010dasto jde na druhou nebo a\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed kolej, proto\u017ee to \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje ur\u010dit\u00e9 akce nav\u00edc.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku v\u00e1s ale p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00edm o tom, \u017ee <strong>starat se o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt a\u017e tak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9<\/strong>, jak by se na prvn\u00ed pohled mohlo zd\u00e1t. \u010cek\u00e1 v\u00e1s toti\u017e sum\u00e1\u0159 jednoduch\u00fdch denn\u00edch v\u00fdzev, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm podpo\u0159\u00edte sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed s minimem snahy a kter\u00e9 hrav\u011b zapadnou i do va\u0161\u00ed denn\u00ed rutiny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strava_pohyb_a_mentalni_pohoda_na_ceste_ke_zdravi\"><\/span>Strava, pohyb a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed pohoda na cest\u011b ke zdrav\u00ed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed srozumitelnost jsme rozd\u011blili na\u0161e kroky do t\u0159\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f v podob\u011b stravy, pohybu a ment\u00e1ln\u00edho zdrav\u00ed.
