vz\u00edt?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak<\/strong> m\u00e1 tak mnoho lid\u00ed, a\u017e bychom si brzy mohli myslet, \u017ee je to v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Z \u010d\u00edsla na tlakom\u011bru 140\/90 si mnoz\u00ed ned\u011blaj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ekou hlavu. Co\u017e je ale velk\u00e1 \u0161koda, proto\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch \u2013 odborn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem<strong> hypertenze, <\/strong>zvy\u0161uje <strong>riziko infarktu, mozkov\u00e9 mrtvice <\/strong>a dal\u0161\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Celkov\u011b ve velk\u00e9m p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke vzniku <strong>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, <\/strong>kter\u00e1 jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159itom je to probl\u00e9m, se kter\u00fdm lze \u010dasto pom\u011brn\u011b snadno zam\u00e1vat. Nam\u011b\u0159il i v\u00e1m l\u00e9ka\u0159 vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak a nev\u00edte, co s n\u00edm? Poj\u010fme se spolu pod\u00edvat na to, co d\u011blat, abyste ho dostali pod kontrolu.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_krevni_tlak_a_proc_by_nas_mel_zajimat\"><\/span>Co je krevn\u00ed tlak a pro\u010d by n\u00e1s m\u011bl zaj\u00edmat? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krevn\u00ed tlak je jednodu\u0161e tlak, kter\u00fdm<strong> krev p\u016fsob\u00ed na st\u011bny c\u00e9v.<\/strong> Ten, kter\u00fd si dok\u00e1\u017eeme zm\u011b\u0159it tlakom\u011brem, je konkr\u00e9tn\u011b<strong> tlak v tepn\u00e1ch <\/strong>(c\u00e9vy, kter\u00e9 vedou krev od srdce sm\u011brem do t\u011bla). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlak v\u00e1m b\u011b\u017en\u011b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i a mo\u017en\u00e1 si ho m\u011b\u0159\u00edte i sami doma. Ale pop\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli jste u\u017e nad t\u00edm, pro\u010d m\u00e1 jeho hodnota dv\u011b \u010d\u00edsla? Je to proto, \u017ee tlak se m\u011bn\u00ed b\u011bhem jednoho srde\u010dn\u00edho cyklu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Systolick\u00fd tlak<\/strong> je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tlak krve a vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i<strong> stahov\u00e1n\u00ed srdce,<\/strong> kdy srdce pos\u00edl\u00e1 krev do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu. M\u016f\u017ee<strong> po\u0161kodit c\u00e9vy<\/strong> a je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f<strong> srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. <\/strong>Podle dat z roku 2015 se dokonce p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee a\u017e 14 % v\u0161ech \u00famrt\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b souvis\u00ed se systolick\u00fdm tlakem \u2265 140 mmHg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9m krevn\u00edm tlaku je nejhor\u0161\u00ed to, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou <strong>nebol\u00ed <\/strong>a v\u016fbec o n\u011bm nemus\u00edme v\u011bd\u011bt. Proto je dobr\u00e9 myslet na n\u011bj a \u010das od \u010dasu ho <strong>zkontrolovat. <\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_nam_skodi_vysoky_krevni_tlak\"><\/span>Jak n\u00e1m \u0161kod\u00ed vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e jsme si \u0159ekli, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak zvy\u0161uje \u0161anci vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Do t\u00e9 doby je typicky skryt\u00fd a neviditeln\u00fd. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[21]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto je vhodn\u00e9 ho m\u011b\u0159it <strong>pravideln\u011b.<\/strong> Typicky v\u00e1m ho zkontroluje l\u00e9ka\u0159 na <strong>preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddce, <\/strong>kterou absolvujete jednou za jeden nebo dva roky. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je ale dohl\u00ed\u017eet na sv\u016fj tlak p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm okem a m\u011b\u0159it si ho klidn\u011b i<strong> jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc. <\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Skv\u011bl\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jak m\u00edt p\u0159ehled o sv\u00e9m krevn\u00edm tlaku, je pravideln\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edm <strong>pa\u017en\u00edm tlakom\u011brem<\/strong>. Pokud chcete kontrolu dov\u00e9st k dokonalosti, zm\u011b\u0159te se v\u017edy <strong>t\u0159ikr\u00e1t <\/strong>a berte v \u00favahu jeho <strong>pr\u016fm\u011brnou hodnotu. <\/strong>Pokud si budete pravideln\u011b sledovat tlak sami doma, budete moci rychle zas\u00e1hnout, kdy\u017e se za\u010dne zvy\u0161ovat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jake_jsou_hodnoty_optimalniho_krevniho_tlaku\"><\/span>Jak\u00e9 jsou hodnoty optim\u00e1ln\u00edho krevn\u00edho tlaku?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdrav\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak je ten, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 v po\u0159\u00e1dku hodnotu systolick\u00e9ho i diastolick\u00e9ho tlaku. Proto se v klasifikaci neuv\u00e1d\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed hranice \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00fd tlak n\u011bkde jinde a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou <strong>p\u0159\u00edznaky<\/strong>.
