Danas, me\u0111utim<strong>,<\/strong> znamo da nije vitamin. Zbog toga inozitol sve vi\u0161e dolazi u prvi plan kao obe\u0107avaju\u0107i dio terapije za PCOS.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako inozitol djeluje kod PCOS-a?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U kontekstu sindroma policisti\u010dnih jajnika, znanstvenici uglavnom prou\u010davaju <strong>myo-inozitol<\/strong> \u2013 i to nije slu\u010dajno. To je onaj koji pokazuje <strong>najsna\u017enije u\u010dinke,<\/strong> osobito kod \u017eena \u010diji je PCOS pra\u0107en <strong> inzulinskom rezistencijom<\/strong> (\u0161to je slu\u010daj za ve\u0107inu \u017eena).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Myo-inozitol djeluje kao <strong> inzulinski senzibilizator<\/strong> &#8211; tvar koja <strong>pobolj\u0161ava osjetljivost stanica na inzulin.<\/strong> To zna\u010di da stanice mogu bolje reagirati na prisutnost inzulina i u\u010dinkovitije prera\u0111ivati \u200b\u200bglukozu. Na taj na\u010din mo\u017ee pozitivno utjecati na <strong><strong>menstrualni ciklus, ovulaciju, kao i na cjelokupno zdravlje \u017eene.<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za mnoge \u017eene s PCOS-om, inozitol mo\u017ee biti dio dobrolo\u0161lice kada je rije\u010d o brizi o njihovom zdravlju. Osim toga, povezan je s \u010destim probavnim problemima. Zbog toga se tra\u017ee i isprobavaju <strong>alternative<\/strong> za \u017eene s PCOS-om koje nemaju dijabetes. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U talijanskoj polurandomiziranoj studiji visoke kvalitete uspore\u0111ivani su u\u010dinci metformina i inozitola, koja je promatrala 46 \u017eena s PCOS-om u dobi od 18 do 28 godina <strong>tijekom 6 mjeseci.<\/strong> Sve \u017eene su imale inzulinsku rezistenciju i nisu uzimale nikakve lijekove. U studiji je sudjelovalo i trideset zdravih \u017eena kao kontrolna skupina.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dene s PCOS-om bile su nasumi\u010dno podijeljene u dvije skupine. Jedna skupina je dnevno uzimala <strong>1500 mg metformina<\/strong> (standardna doza), dok je druga skupina uzimala <strong>4 g myo-inozitola<\/strong> i <strong>400 \u03bcg<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/folna-kiselina-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>folne kiseline<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Folna kiselina se tradicionalno dodaje suplementima s myo-inozitolom jer je pokazano da njihova kombinacija u\u010dinkovito doprinosi zdravlju \u017eena. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istra\u017eiva\u010di su prou\u010davali niz parametara, na primjer:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-je-bmi-kalkulator-i-je-li-uopce-pouzdan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Indeks tjelesne mase (BMI)<\/a>, koji se koristi za procjenu tjelesne te\u017eine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trajanje menstrualnog ciklusa <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HOMA-IR indeks, koji procjenjuje te\u017einu inzulinske rezistencije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koncentraciju spolnih hormona <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi parametri mjereni su kod \u017eena na po\u010detku istra\u017eivanja, a zatim nakon 6 mjeseci lije\u010denja. Ispostavilo se da je inozitol bio jednako u\u010dinkovit kao metformin, a ponekad ga je \u010dak i nadma\u0161ivao. Mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u sprje\u010davanju gestacijskog dijabetesa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gestacijski dijabetes melitus (GDM) je oblik dijabetesa koji se javlja tijekom <strong>trudno\u0107e<\/strong>. Nastaje kada tijelo \u017eene ne mo\u017ee u\u010dinkovito obraditi glukozu \u2013 obi\u010dno zbog <strong>inzulinske rezistencije, koja <\/strong> prirodno raste tijekom ovog razdoblja. Nakon poroda, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva, dijabetes \u0107e se <strong>spontano povu\u0107i, no<\/strong> ako se ne kontrolira, u budu\u0107nosti mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od razvoja <strong> dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dene s gestacijskim dijabetesom do\u017eivljavaju <strong>nestabilne razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemija)<\/strong>, \u010dime je prisutan rizik od hiperglikemije (previ\u0161e visok \u0161e\u0107er) ili hipoglikemije (previ\u0161e nizak \u0161e\u0107er). Odr\u017eavanje glikemije \u0161to bli\u017ee normalnoj razini va\u017eno je ne samo za zdravlje majke, ve\u0107 i za <strong>pravilni razvoj bebe i nesmetan tijek trudno\u0107e<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako inozitol djeluje kod gestacijskog dijabetesa?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U gestacijskom dijabetesu, inozitol mo\u017ee djelovati sli\u010dno kao kod PCOS-a, kroz svoj u\u010dinak na inzulinsku osjetljivost. Pokazalo se da mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u <strong>kontroli glikemije kod ve\u0107 razvijenog GDM-a<\/strong>, ali je tako\u0111er koristan u njegovoj <strong>prevenciji.<\/strong> Na primjer, u jednoj preglednoj studiji, uzimanje 4 g inozitola dnevno pokazalo je smanjenje rizika od GDM-a za 40%. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,5]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi rezultati su obe\u0107avaju\u0107i, ali tako\u0111er je va\u017eno dodati da <strong> suplementacija inozitolom uvijek treba biti dio sveobuhvatnog pristupa <\/strong> \u2013 to zna\u010di uz prilagodbu prehrane, odgovaraju\u0107u tjelovje\u017ebu i redovitu kontrolu glikemije. U prvom tromjese\u010dju mjerili su im <strong>razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi (glikemija), HOMA-IR indeks <\/strong> (indeks za procjenu inzulinske rezistencije) <span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">i druge parametre. Zatim im je propisana rutina suplementacije\u2014 <\/span>polovica \u017eena uzimala je 4 g myo-inozitola i 400 \u03bcg folne kiseline, dok je ostatak primao dnevni <strong>placebo. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim su ponovo mjerene prije kraja trudno\u0107e. Pokazalo se da je grupa koja je svakodnevno uzimala mio-inozitol imala <strong> razinu glikemije nata\u0161te ni\u017eu za 3%<\/strong> na kraju trudno\u0107e u odnosu na prvi tromjese\u010dje. Suprotno tome, \u017eene u placebo grupi imale su vi\u0161u razinu glikemije u prosjeku nego na po\u010detku. Smanjuje rizik od metaboli\u010dkog sindroma i dijabetesa tipa 2 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Posljednjih godina, inozitol postaje sve vi\u0161e u fokusu kao zanimljiv pomaga\u010d u borbi protiv metaboli\u010dkog sindroma i dijabetesa tipa 2, i to nije slu\u010dajno. Klju\u010dni problem u tim bolestima je inzulinska rezistencija, \u0161to smo ve\u0107 i spomenuli. A budu\u0107i da inozitol poma\u017ee u pove\u0107anju <strong> osjetljivosti na inzulin<\/strong>, mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i i u borbi protiv nje, pobolj\u0161avaju\u0107i prijenos glukoze iz krvi u stanice, \u010dime poma\u017ee u kontroli glikemije.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primjer, rezultati studije ukazuju na to da suplementacija inozitolom mo\u017ee <strong>smanjiti i glikemiju nata\u0161te<\/strong> i razinu <strong>glikiranog hemoglobina<\/strong>, <strong>\u0161to <\/strong> su klju\u010dni pokazatelji dugoro\u010dne kontrole dijabetesa.<strong> <\/strong>To ga \u010dini prikladnim dodatkom standardnoj antidiabetskoj terapiji. Jo\u0161 je zanimljivije to \u0161to njegov mehanizam djelovanja nalikuje onome metformina, lijeka koji je prvi izbor za lije\u010denje dijabetesa.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,14]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga se inozitol \u010dini <strong>prikladnim dodatkom standardnom antidijabeti\u010dkom lije\u010denju.<\/strong> Zanimljivo je da njegov mehanizam djelovanja u mnogo\u010demu podsje\u0107a na <strong>metformin<\/strong> &#8211; lijek izbora u lije\u010denju dijabetesa tipa 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, ni u ovom slu\u010daju <strong>dodaci prehrani<\/strong> <strong>nisu zamjena za lijekove ili lije\u010dni\u010dke upute,<\/strong> ali mogu biti vrijedan potporni alat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Znanstveni pogled na inozitol: Kakav u\u010dinak ima na dijabetes tipa 2?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U istra\u017eivanju su znanstvenici promatrali 20 sudionika s dijabetesom tipa 2. Svaki od njih uzimao je antidiabeti\u010dke lijekove, a u\u010dinak mio-inozitola pratio se isklju\u010divo kao dopunska terapija. Svi sudionici studije uzimali su <strong>1100 mg myo-inozitola, 27,6 mg d-chiro-inozitola<\/strong> i <strong>400 <\/strong><strong>\u03bcg folne kiseline<\/strong> dnevno tijekom 3 mjeseca<strong>.<\/strong>       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon tri mjeseca, u skupini je zabilje\u017een prosje\u010dan pad <strong>glikiranog hemoglobina<\/strong> od <strong>10%<\/strong>. Ovaj parametar nam pokazuje kolika je bila prosje\u010dna razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi osobe tijekom posljednja tri mjeseca. Ako se ta vrijednost smanjila nakon tromjese\u010dnog pra\u0107enja, to zna\u010di da su u tom razdoblju uspje\u0161nije kontrolirali razinu \u0161e\u0107era nego prije. Mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati reproduktivno zdravlje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Myo-inozitol igra va\u017enu ulogu u pravilnom funkcioniranju reproduktivnog sustava &#8211; i kod \u017eena i kod mu\u0161karaca.<\/strong> U tijelu sudjeluje u mnogim procesima povezanim s hormonskom ravnote\u017eom, sazrijevanjem spolnih stanica i cjelokupnim metabolizmom stanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod \u017eena, inozitol se prou\u010dava u vezi s kvalitetom jaja\u0161aca i potpomognutom reprodukcijom, kao \u0161to su umjetna oplodnja i IVF. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da prisutnost dovoljno myo-inozitola u folikularnoj teku\u0107ini (teku\u0107ini oko jaja\u0161ca) <strong>ima povezanost s boljom kvalitetom jaja\u0161ca<\/strong> i ve\u0107om \u0161ansom za oplodnju. Sli\u010dno je va\u017eno i za mu\u0161karce \u2013 <strong>niske razine inozitola u sjemenu<\/strong> \u010desto su povezane s smanjenom kvalitetom spermija.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Myo-inozitol se tako\u0111er pokazuje korisnim u <strong>pripremi za IVF,<\/strong> gdje mo\u017ee potaknuti<strong> sazrijevanje jaja\u0161aca i pove\u0107ati \u0161anse za oplodnju. <\/strong>Tako\u0111er, poma\u017ee kod problema s ovulacijom, na primjer to je tipi\u010dno za \u017eene s PCOS-om.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Inozitol mo\u017eda nije \u010dudotvorni dodatak prehrani, ali <strong>kada poku\u0161avate za\u010deti, mo\u017ee biti dio prirodne potpore <\/strong>koja poma\u017ee tijelu da funkcionira kako treba. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Znanstveni pogled na inozitol: Kakav u\u010dinak ima na plodnost?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U istra\u017eivanju je promatrano 60 sudionica kojima je dijagnosticirana neplodnost. Sve su podvrgnute terapiji plodnosti te su primale <strong>4 g myo-inozitola i folne kiseline u prahu. <\/strong>Osim toga, studija je uklju\u010divala i kontrolnu skupinu od 30 \u017eena koje su uz standardni tretman primale placebo u obliku folne kiseline (400 mg dnevno).
