Erhitze eine Pfanne und lass die <strong>Zwiebeln in Oliven\u00f6l anbraten.<\/strong> Bereite nebenbei die \u00c4pfel vor. Sch\u00e4le sie, entkerne sie und schneide sie in <b><strong>kleine W\u00fcrfel.<\/strong><\/b> Gib sie dann zusammen mit dem geriebenen oder fein gehackten<strong> Ingwer und dem zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch<\/strong> zu den Zwiebeln. Erhitze alles zusammen in einer Pfanne unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren, bis der Apfelsaft austritt. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit r\u00fchre die Masse gelegentlich um und gib bei Bedarf allm\u00e4hlich Wasser hinzu. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus der Mischung sollte ungef\u00e4hr die Konsistenz von Sirup haben, also \u00fcbertreibe es nicht mit dem Wasser. Nach 20 Minuten K\u00f6cheln <strong>f\u00fcge die Rosinen hinzu<\/strong> und k\u00f6chle weitere 10 Minuten. Dann schmecke die Mischung ab, f\u00fcge je nach Bedarf mehr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Salz<\/a><\/strong> <strong>oder<\/strong> <strong>Apfelessig<\/strong> hinzu und serviere sie.
