Dann gib den <strong>Reis in einen Topf<\/strong>, gie\u00dfe hei\u00dfes Wasser dazu (nicht salzen) und koche <strong>etwa 15 Minuten lang<\/strong>, bis er weich ist. W\u00e4hrend der Reis kocht, bereite einen kleineren Topf vor und gib den <strong>Reisessig <\/strong>mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Rohrzucker<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salz<\/a><\/strong> hinzu. Bringe alles zusammen zum Kochen und lass es abk\u00fchlen. Gie\u00dfe dieses Dressing in den fertigen Reis und r\u00fchre es gr\u00fcndlich um.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend kannst du mit der Zubereitung der anderen Zutaten beginnen. <strong>Schneide die Gurke<\/strong> in d\u00fcnne Streifen, lass den <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/salmon-in-brine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lachs in Salzlake<\/a> und den <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/thunfisch-in-olivenol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Thunfisch<\/a><\/strong> abtropfen und zerrei\u00dfe sie mit einer Gabel in kleinere St\u00fccke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann nimm die<strong> Nori-Algen,<\/strong> lege sie mit der gl\u00e4nzenden Seite nach unten und bedecke sie mit feuchten Fingern mit einer Schicht Reis. Lass oben einen etwa 3 cm breiten Streifen stehen.
