Danach aus dem Ofen nehmen, <strong>abk\u00fchlen lassen und das P\u00fcree zubereiten<\/strong>. Entferne daf\u00fcr die Schale des K\u00fcrbisses, gib das Fruchtfleisch in eine Sch\u00fcssel und p\u00fcriere es mit einem Stabmixer, bis eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr dieses Rezept ben\u00f6tigst du <strong>100 g <\/strong>des fertigen K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcrees.
