Pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak, hraje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 role v mnoha procesech, kter\u00e9 se v n\u00e1s d\u011bj\u00ed neust\u00e1le. M\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159edch\u00e1zet t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 cukrovce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bhotensk\u00e1 cukrovka (gesta\u010dn\u00ed diabetes mellitus, GDM) je forma cukrovky, kter\u00e1 se objevuje b\u011bhem <strong>t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. <\/strong>Vznik\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e t\u011blo \u017eeny nedok\u00e1\u017ee efektivn\u011b zpracovat gluk\u00f3zu \u2013 obvykle pro<strong> inzulinovou rezistenci, <\/strong>kter\u00e1 se v tomto obdob\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b zvy\u0161uje. Po porodu ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f<strong> spont\u00e1nn\u011b ustoup\u00ed,<\/strong> ale pokud nen\u00ed pod kontrolou, m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko vzniku  <strong>cukrovky 2. typu v budoucnosti. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017deny s gesta\u010dn\u00edm diabetem se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s <strong>nestabiln\u00ed hladinou cukru v krvi (glyk\u00e9mi\u00ed)<\/strong> \u2013 a tedy i s rizikem <strong>hyperglyk\u00e9mie<\/strong> (p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd cukr) nebo <strong>hypoglyk\u00e9mie<\/strong> (p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00fd cukr). Udr\u017eet glyk\u00e9mii co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k norm\u00e1ln\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nejen pro zdrav\u00ed matky, ale tak\u00e9 pro <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj d\u00edt\u011bte a bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak inositol \u00fa\u010dinkuje p\u0159i t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 cukrovce?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b gesta\u010dn\u00edho diabetu m\u016f\u017ee inositol fungovat podobn\u011b jako u PCOS, a to skrze sv\u016fj \u00fa\u010dinek na inzulinovou citlivost. Ukazuje se, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee pomoci s <strong>kontrolou glyk\u00e9mie p\u0159i u\u017e rozvinut\u00e9m GDM<\/strong>, ale hod\u00ed se i v r\u00e1mci jeho<strong> prevence. <\/strong>V jedn\u00e9 p\u0159ehledov\u00e9 studii se nap\u0159\u00edklad uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee p\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed 4 g inositolu denn\u011b se sni\u017euje riziko vzniku GDM o 40 %. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto v\u00fdsledky jsou slibn\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dodat, \u017ee <strong>dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed inositolu by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v\u017edy sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komplexn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu<\/strong> \u2013 tedy spolu s \u00fapravou stravy, vhodn\u00fdm pohybem a pravidelnou kontrolou glyk\u00e9mie. V prvn\u00edm trimestru jim zm\u011b\u0159ili<strong> hladinu cukru v krvi (glyk\u00e9mii), HOMA-IR index<\/strong> (index pro hodnocen\u00ed inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 rezistence) a dal\u0161\u00ed parametry. Potom jim p\u0159edepsali suplementa\u010dn\u00ed rutinu \u2013 polovina \u017een u\u017e\u00edvala <strong>4 g myo-inositolu<\/strong> a <strong>400 <\/strong><strong>\u03bcg kyseliny listov\u00e9, <\/strong>zat\u00edmco zbytek \u017een dost\u00e1val denn\u011b <strong>placebo. <\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b je znovu zm\u011b\u0159ili p\u0159ed koncem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee skupina, kter\u00e1 denn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvala myo-inositol, m\u011bla<strong> o 3 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu glyk\u00e9mie nala\u010dno<\/strong> na konci t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s prvn\u00edm trimestrem. Naopak, \u017eeny v placebo skupin\u011b ji m\u011bly v pr\u016fm\u011bru je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku. Sni\u017euje riziko metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu a cukrovky 2. typu <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech se inositol dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do centra pozornosti jako zaj\u00edmav\u00fd pomocn\u00edk v boji proti metabolick\u00e9mu syndromu a cukrovce 2. typu, a to ne n\u00e1hodou. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd probl\u00e9m p\u0159i t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00edch je toti\u017e <strong>inzulinov\u00e1 rezistence, <\/strong>kterou jsme ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovali v\u00fd\u0161e. A jeliko\u017e inositol pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161it citlivost na inzulin, m\u016f\u017ee s n\u00ed pomoci bojovat, zlep\u0161it p\u0159esun gluk\u00f3zy z krve do bun\u011bk a pomoci tak kontrolovat glyk\u00e9mii.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky studi\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad poukazuj\u00ed na to, \u017ee suplementace inositolem m\u016f\u017ee <strong>sn\u00ed\u017eit la\u010dnou glyk\u00e9mii<\/strong> i hodnoty <strong>glykovan\u00e9ho hemoglobinu,<\/strong> co\u017e jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 ukazatele dlouhodob\u00e9 kontroly cukrovky.<strong> <\/strong>To z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed vhodn\u00fd dopln\u011bk ke standardn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b antidiabetiky. Dokonce je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee sv\u00fdm mechanismem \u00fa\u010dinku p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 metformin, \u010dili l\u00e9k na l\u00e9\u010dbu diabetu, kter\u00fd je p\u0159i tomto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed prvn\u00ed volbou. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,14]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I proto se inositol jev\u00ed jako <strong>vhodn\u00fd dopln\u011bk ke standardn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b antidiabetiky<\/strong>. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je, \u017ee jeho mechanismus \u00fa\u010dinku v mnoh\u00e9m p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 <strong>metformin<\/strong> \u2013 l\u00e9k prvn\u00ed volby p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b diabetu 2. typu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>dopl\u0148ky v\u00fd\u017eivy nenahrazuj\u00ed l\u00e9ky ani l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 veden\u00ed<\/strong>, ale mohou b\u00fdt cenn\u00fdm podp\u016frn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohled v\u011bdy na inositol: jak\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 na cukrovku 2. typu? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bdci ve v\u00fdzkumu sledovali 20 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s cukrovkou 2. typu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich p\u0159itom u\u017e\u00edval antidiabetika a sledoval se efekt myo-inositolu jen jako dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 terapie. V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci studie u\u017e\u00edvali denn\u011b po dobu 3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<strong> 1100 mg myo-inositolu, 27,6 mg d-chiro-inositolu<\/strong> a <strong>400 <\/strong><strong>\u03bcg kyseliny listov\u00e9. <\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee skupin\u011b v pr\u016fm\u011bru klesla hodnota <strong>glykovan\u00e9ho hemoglobinu<\/strong> o <strong>10 %.<\/strong> Tento parametr n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 to, jak vysokou hladinu cukru v krvi m\u011bl \u010dlov\u011bk pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b v posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch. Pokud se hodnota po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch sledov\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eila, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee za tuto dobu se ji da\u0159ilo dr\u017eet pod kontrolou l\u00e9pe ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve.
