Cook it according to the instructions and let it sit for a few hours (ideally overnight). If you&#8217;re short on time, just cook it and let it cool. In <strong>1 tablespoon of<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>olive oil<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>fry the<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/tofu-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>tofu<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>cut into small cubes <strong>until crispy<\/strong> and set it aside. In the remaining oil, <strong>saut\u00e9 the finely chopped white part of the spring onion<\/strong>, then add the cooked and fully cooled rice. Stir-fry everything together for a while. Then, add<strong> <\/strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/kimchi-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>kimchi <\/strong><\/a><strong>with its juice, soy sauce, and lime or<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-sicilian-lemon-juice-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>lemon juice<\/strong><\/a> to taste. Create a well in the middle of the rice in the pan, and cook <strong>a scrambled egg<\/strong> in it.
