In der Zwischenzeit <strong>die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sch\u00e4len, in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden<\/strong>, salzen und w\u00fcrzen. Etwas <a aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in einem neuen Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/olivenol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong><\/a> in der Pfanne erhitzen und<strong> die in Scheiben geschnittenen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln auf kleiner Flamme weich braten.<\/strong> In einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sch\u00fcssel den <strong>gekochten und gehackten Brokkoli mit den gebratenen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln mischen.<\/strong> <strong>H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se, Eier und 20 g geriebenen Parmesan<\/strong> hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut vermischen.
