Unsere selbstgemachte Version ist so einfach wie m\u00f6glich, so dass jeder sie zubereiten kann. Au\u00dferdem enth\u00e4lt er weniger Fett als die normale Version, so dass er leichter in die t\u00e4gliche Kalorienaufnahme passt, auch wenn du abnimmst.
