Sp\u00fcle ihn ab und gib ihn <b><strong>mit 300 ml Wasser in einen kleinen Topf.<\/strong><\/b> <b><\/b><b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salze<\/a><\/strong><\/b><b><strong>&nbsp;ihn, bringe ihn zum Kochen und koche ihn etwa 15 Minuten lang, bis er weich ist.<\/strong><\/b> <b><strong>Vergiss nicht,<\/strong><\/b> ihn <b><strong>gelegentlich<\/strong><\/b> umzur\u00fchren, damit er nicht am Boden kleben bleibt.
