A f\u0151\u00e1ram\u00fa tudom\u00e1nyban az egyik leggyakrabban emlegetett fogalom a <strong>telomer<\/strong>, ami a megfigyel\u00e9sek szerint hasznos <strong>mutat\u00f3ja lehet a hossz\u00fa \u00e9letnek.<\/strong> Mi\u00e9rt van ez \u00edgy, \u00e9s val\u00f3ban ez a legjobb mutat\u00f3? A bakt\u00e9riumokkal ellent\u00e9tben az emberi DNS line\u00e1ris, azaz van eleje \u00e9s v\u00e9ge. 23 p\u00e1r kromosz\u00f3m\u00e1ba rendez\u0151dik, \u00e9s mindegyiknek telomerek vannak a v\u00e9gein, amelyeket aff\u00e9le <strong>v\u00e9d\u0151sapkak\u00e9nt<\/strong> k\u00e9pzelhetsz el. Minden faj csak r\u00e1 jellemz\u0151 telomerikus DNS-szekvenci\u00e1val rendelkezik, amely t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r ism\u00e9tl\u0151dik. Ez az ism\u00e9tl\u0151d\u00e9s teszi lehet\u0151v\u00e9 egy olyan strukt\u00fara kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1t, amely <strong>\u00f3vja a kromosz\u00f3m\u00e1kat a r\u00f6vid\u00fcl\u00e9st\u0151l.<\/strong>        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A telomerek minden sejtoszt\u00f3d\u00e1ssal <strong>r\u00f6vid\u00fclnek<\/strong>. Ez \u00fajra \u00e9s \u00fajra megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, mert a test\u00fcnknek folyamatosan sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge van az el\u00f6regedett sejtek \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, \u00e9s a <strong>regener\u00e1ci\u00f3ra <\/strong>\u00faj, fiatal sejtek l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1val. Minden alkalommal, amikor egy sejt oszt\u00f3dik, DNS-replik\u00e1ci\u00f3 (m\u00e1sol\u00e1s) t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. A k\u00e9t sz\u00e1lb\u00f3l \u00e1ll\u00f3 DNS-ek m\u00e1sol\u00e1sa azonban kih\u00edv\u00e1st jelent a sejtek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. Ezek a sz\u00e1lak elt\u00e9r\u0151 ir\u00e1nyba futnak, de a DNS m\u00e1sol\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt felel\u0151s enzimek <strong>csak egy ir\u00e1nyban m\u0171k\u00f6dnek<\/strong>. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a lehets\u00e9ges sejtoszt\u00f3d\u00e1sok sz\u00e1ma a telomerek hossz\u00e1t\u00f3l f\u00fcgg. Amikor egy telomer t\u00fal r\u00f6vidd\u00e9 v\u00e1lik, a sejt nem tud tov\u00e1bb oszt\u00f3dni \u2014 <strong>el\u00f6regszik, \u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00fcl meghal<\/strong>. <strong>A telomerek hossza ez\u00e1ltal hasznos mutat\u00f3ja lehet a sejt\u00f6reged\u00e9snek.<\/strong> Az egyetlen sejtek, amelyek nem \u00e9rintettek a telomerek r\u00f6vid\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9ben, az \u0151ssejtek \u00e9s a r\u00e1kos sejtek. A telomerek hossza nemcsak a korukt\u00f3l f\u00fcgg a m\u00e9r\u00e9s idej\u00e9n,  <strong>hanem a sejt t\u00edpus\u00e1t\u00f3l, a genetik\u00e1t\u00f3l \u00e9s az \u00e9letm\u00f3dt\u00f3l is. A telomerek felgyorsult r\u00f6vid\u00fcl\u00e9se  <\/strong>kapcsolatban \u00e1ll k\u00fcl\u00f6nf\u00e9le betegs\u00e9gek megn\u00f6vekedett kock\u00e1zat\u00e1val, ilyenek p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9gek, a cukorbetegs\u00e9g, egyes r\u00e1kt\u00edpusuk \u00e9s a csontritkul\u00e1s. B\u00e1r jelezhet felgyorsult \u00f6reged\u00e9st, arra is r\u00e1vil\u00e1g\u00edthat, hogy <strong>milyen k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyei vannak az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gtelen \u00e9letm\u00f3dnak.<\/strong> A hossz\u00fa \u00e9let t\u00f6bb t\u00e9nyez\u0151b\u0151l tev\u0151dik \u00f6ssze, azaz nagyon sok v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 befoly\u00e1solja. Az egyik legfontosabb ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl az <strong>\u00e9letm\u00f3d<\/strong>, ami nemcsak a telomerek hossz\u00e1t, de az eg\u00e9sz test hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t is befoly\u00e1solja.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Az \u00e9letm\u00f3d mellett a <strong>genetika<\/strong> is fontos szerepet j\u00e1tszik az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gben \u00e9s az \u00e9lethosszban. Ak\u00e1r bizonyos betegs\u00e9gekre val\u00f3 hajlamr\u00f3l, ak\u00e1r a hosszabb \u00e9lettartam vel\u00fcnk sz\u00fcletett lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9r\u0151l van sz\u00f3, a genetikai t\u00e9nyez\u0151ket nem lehet megker\u00fclni.
