In der Zwischenzeit putze die <b><strong>Champignons<\/strong><\/b>, schneide sie in kleinere St\u00fccke und <b><strong>brate<\/strong><\/b> sie in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne an, bis alles Wasser, das sie abgegeben haben, verdunstet ist. Dann <b><strong> f\u00fcge <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/ole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b><strong>\u00d6l<\/strong><\/b><\/a>, fein<b><strong> gehackten Knoblauch, <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b><strong>gemahlenen Pfeffer<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>,  <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b><strong>Salz<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong> und brate die Champignons an<\/strong><\/b>, bis sie goldbraun sind. Dann gib den <b><strong>gefrorenen Spinat<\/strong><\/b> in die Pfanne und lass alles zusammen 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Schmelze <b><strong>die pflanzliche Butter<\/strong><\/b> in einer anderen Pfanne, <b><strong>gib<\/strong><\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/mehl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b><strong>das Mehl<\/strong><\/b><\/a> hinzu und r\u00fchre, bis sich eine goldene Masse bildet. Gib nach und nach die Milch hinzu und r\u00fchre kr\u00e4ftig, bis eine glatte B\u00e9chamel entsteht. Zum Schluss f\u00fcge 20 g <b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/nahrhefe-gymbeam.html\">N\u00e4hr<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/nahrhefe-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hef<\/a><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/nahrhefe-gymbeam.html\"><b>e<\/b><\/a> hinzu und nimm die B\u00e9chamel vom Herd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gib in eine kleinere Auflaufform (20 x 20 cm) <b><strong>eine d\u00fcnne Schicht B\u00e9chamelso\u00dfe, ged\u00fcnsteten Spinat mit Pilzen und dann die vorgekochten Lasagnebl\u00e4tter.<\/strong><\/b> Mach so weiter, bis alle Zutaten verbraucht sind. Schlie\u00dfe die Schichtung mit einer Schicht Lasagnebl\u00e4tter ab, die mit B\u00e9chamel bestrichen werden. Streue <b><strong>die restliche N\u00e4hrhefe<\/strong><\/b> und die gemahlene <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-nusse-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b><strong>Cashewn\u00fcsse<\/strong><\/b><\/a> dar\u00fcber.
