Cut the butternut squash, scoop out the seeds, and bake it with the skin side up in the oven until softened at <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>, which will take about 40 minutes. Once baked, peel the squash and blend the flesh until smooth. This will create the pur\u00e9e that we will use.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we can start preparing the <strong>batter<\/strong>. Whisk the <strong>eggs with<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>the sugar<\/strong><\/a> until they form a <strong>thick, light foam<\/strong>. Next, gently fold in the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/rbd-coconut-oil-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>oil<\/strong><\/a> <strong>and pumpkin pur\u00e9e<\/strong>, and finally, carefully mix in the sifted <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-fine-wholemeal-spelt-flour-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>whole wheat<\/strong><\/a> <strong>and<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>fine spelt flour<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>baking powder<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ceylon-cinnamon-powder-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cinnamon<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>and ground cloves<\/strong>. We pour the batter into a cake tin (ours had a diameter of 20 cm) and bake at <strong>180\u00b0C for 30 minutes<\/strong>. To check if it\u2019s done, insert a skewer \u2013 if it comes out clean, it\u2019s ready. If not, bake for <strong>another 5\u201310 minutes<\/strong>. Then, let the base cool completely before slicing it in half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we prepare the <strong>cream<\/strong>. Whisk together the <strong>cream cheese, Greek yogurt, <\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>flavor drops<\/strong><\/a><strong>, and<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/zero-syrup-pumpkin-spice-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ZERO SYRUP pumpkin spice<\/strong><\/a>.
