Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo je k ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob jako stvo\u0159en\u00e9, ale jeho velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed relativn\u011b velk\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika. Tuky, kter\u00e9 jsme kdysi pot\u0159ebovali jako z\u00e1sobu pro hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy, n\u00e1m dnes komplikuj\u00ed \u017eivot po fyzick\u00e9 i ment\u00e1ln\u00ed str\u00e1nce. Kde je tedy p\u0159i nadv\u00e1ze a obezit\u011b hranice mezi zdrav\u00edm a nemoc\u00ed?      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_muzeme_urcit_zdravou_telesnou_hmotnost\"><\/span>Jak m\u016f\u017eeme ur\u010dit zdravou t\u011blesnou hmotnost?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. BMI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvanou hodnotou, jakou m\u016f\u017eeme ur\u010dit, zda m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk zdravou hmotnost, je tzv. <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-je-bmi-kalkulacka-a-je-vubec-spolehliva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">body mass index (BMI)<\/a>. Je tedy t\u0159eba br\u00e1t tuto limitaci v \u00favahu. BMI je v\u0161ak st\u00e1le skv\u011bl\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro screening velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed a d\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m ucelen\u00fd obraz o tom, jak na tom jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny lid\u00ed jsou. BMI si m\u016f\u017eete vypo\u010d\u00edtat tak\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/bmi-kalkulacka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">online BMI kalkula\u010dkou<\/a>. Je v\u0161ak spojen s hypertenz\u00ed (vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem), dyslipidemi\u00ed (n\u00edzk\u00fd HDL <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-zpusobuje-vysoky-cholesterol-a-jak-ho-snizit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cholesterol<\/a>, vysok\u00fd LDL cholesterol a vysok\u00e1 hladina triacylglycerol\u016f v krvi), inzul\u00ednovou rezistenc\u00ed (cukrovkou) a nadm\u011brn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b. Nadv\u00e1ha zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu, se kter\u00fdm jde <strong>ruku v ruce<\/strong> <strong>obezita<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[6]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifick\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je tzv.<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/skinny-fat-co-je-stihla-obezita-jak-ji-poznat-a-uspesne-s-ni-bojovat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>\u0161t\u00edhl\u00e1 obezita (skinny fat)<\/strong><\/a>, kterou trp\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed, ale \u010dasto o tom netu\u0161\u00ed. Tento stav spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 nejen v nadm\u011brn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 v <strong>mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty p\u0159i norm\u00e1ln\u00edm BMI<\/strong>. Svaly jsou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 nejen k pohybu, ale slou\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 jako d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd org\u00e1n reguluj\u00edc\u00ed hormony a imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou svaly m\u00edstem nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie. Tento pojem vznikl na z\u00e1klad\u011b pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u00e9zn\u00edch lid\u00ed, u kter\u00fdch nebyl diagnostikov\u00e1n metabolick\u00fd syndrom, tedy <strong>nem\u011bli alespo\u0148 3 z 5 krit\u00e9ri\u00ed,<\/strong> aby tuto diagn\u00f3zu spl\u0148ovali. Je to velmi vz\u00e1cn\u00fd stav, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edtomny 2 krit\u00e9ria, z nich\u017e nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm je <strong>vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je tento stav do\u010dasn\u00fd a s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem vznik\u00e1 tak\u00e9 metabolick\u00fd syndrom. P\u0159esto\u017ee existuje spojen\u00ed mezi genetikou a vznikem obezity, t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jen p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 % v\u0161ech ob\u00e9zn\u00edch lid\u00ed. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 95 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f obezity ve sv\u011bt\u011b je zp\u016fsobeno p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou. O vlivu genetiky na vznik obezity jsme psali tak\u00e9 v <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-ovlivnuji-geny-nasi-hmotnost-a-sklony-k-obezite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/a>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dijeme v <strong>obezitogenn\u00ed <\/strong>dob\u011b, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k relativn\u011b <strong>levn\u00fdm a nezdrav\u00fdm kalori\u00edm<\/strong>. Nepot\u0159ebujeme se ani postavit z gau\u010de, abychom si po\u0159\u00eddili j\u00eddlo, a jsme z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1chyln\u00ed objedn\u00e1vat si to m\u00e9n\u011b zdrav\u00e9, ale velmi chutn\u00e9 a kaloricky hodnotn\u00e9. <strong>N\u00edzk\u00e1 pot\u0159eba pohybu<\/strong> spojen\u00e1 s j\u00eddly, kter\u00fdmi se m\u016f\u017eeme velmi jednodu\u0161e p\u0159ej\u00eddat, je p\u0159\u00edmou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b. To slou\u017e\u00ed jako z\u00e1soba energie pro hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. My v\u0161ak tuto energii <strong>nemus\u00edme vyu\u017e\u00edvat<\/strong>, co\u017e vede ke vzniku nadv\u00e1hy a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i obezity.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_dosahnout_optimalni_telesne_hmotnosti\"><\/span>Jak dos\u00e1hnout optim\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost bude u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivce jin\u00e1. Pro jej\u00ed dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ak plat\u00ed <strong>stejn\u00e1 pravidla pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Pokud netrp\u00edme nadv\u00e1hou nebo obezitou, je velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st probl\u00e9mu vy\u0159e\u0161ena \u2013 sta\u010d\u00ed t\u011blesnou hmotnost a stavbu udr\u017eovat. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby hubnut\u00ed v\u0161ak nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na n\u011bkolik probl\u00e9m\u016f. Je sice pravda, \u017ee na hubnut\u00ed funguje jedin\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/kaloricky-deficit-jak-hubnout-a-mit-i-svuj-vlastni-zivot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kalorick\u00fd deficit<\/a>, je v\u0161ak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 ho nastavit a dodr\u017eet.
