Vd\u011b\u010d\u00edme za to zejm\u00e9na pokrok\u016fm v medic\u00edn\u011b, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm jsme zv\u00edt\u011bzili nad \u010detn\u00fdmi infek\u010dn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi. Pokroky v diagnostice a l\u00e9\u010db\u011b onemocn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1m umo\u017enily do\u017e\u00edvat se st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku, kter\u00fd bereme jako samoz\u0159ejmost. Krom\u011b modern\u00ed medic\u00edny k <strong>dlouhov\u011bkosti p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed<\/strong> tak\u00e9 znalosti o tom, jak <strong>zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl<\/strong> pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zpomalovat st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a zkvalitnit \u017eivot. \u010cast\u00fdm mainstreamov\u00fdm pojmem jsou <strong>telomery<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se jev\u00ed jako dobr\u00fd <strong>ukazatel dlouhov\u011bkosti<\/strong>. Pro\u010d tomu tak je a jestli je to ten nejlep\u0161\u00ed ukazatel se do\u010dtete v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_jsou_telomery_a_jak_funguji\"><\/span>Co jsou telomery a jak funguj\u00ed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako telomery ozna\u010dujeme <strong>koncov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti DNA<\/strong>. Na rozd\u00edl od bakteri\u00ed je lidsk\u00e1 DNA line\u00e1rn\u00ed \u2013 m\u00e1 za\u010d\u00e1tek a konec. Uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e1 je do 23 p\u00e1r\u016f chromozom\u016f a ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich m\u00e1 na konc\u00edch telomery, kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit jako <strong>ochrann\u00e9 \u010depice<\/strong>. Ka\u017ed\u00fd druh m\u00e1 typick\u00e9 telomern\u00ed sekvence DNA, kter\u00e9 se n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t opakuj\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu mohou vytv\u00e1\u0159et speci\u00e1ln\u00ed strukturu, kter\u00e1 <strong>chr\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161e chromozomy p\u0159ed zkracov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Telomery <strong>podl\u00e9haj\u00ed zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> b\u011bhem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho d\u011blen\u00ed. To prob\u00edh\u00e1 neust\u00e1le, proto\u017ee b\u011bhem \u017eivota je neust\u00e1l\u00e1 pot\u0159eba recyklovat star\u00e9 bu\u0148ky a <strong>regenerovat t\u011blo<\/strong> vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm nov\u00fdch, mlad\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 d\u011blen\u00ed doprov\u00e1z\u00ed replikace (kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed) DNA. Zkop\u00edrovat dvouvl\u00e1knovou DNA je v\u0161ak pro bu\u0148ky probl\u00e9m. Tato vl\u00e1kna toti\u017e sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed v opa\u010dn\u00fdch sm\u011brech, ale enzymy, kter\u00e9 kop\u00edruj\u00ed DNA, <strong>funguj\u00ed pouze v jednom sm\u011bru<\/strong>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee po\u010det bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch d\u011blen\u00ed je omezen d\u00e9lkou telomer. Pokud se zkr\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, bu\u0148ka u\u017e nedok\u00e1\u017ee proj\u00edt dal\u0161\u00edm d\u011blen\u00edm \u2013 <strong>st\u00e1rne a um\u00edr\u00e1<\/strong>. <strong>D\u00e9lka telomer proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm ukazatelem bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/strong>. Jedin\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 nepodl\u00e9haj\u00ed zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed telomer, jsou kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky a n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. Ty maj\u00ed aktivn\u00ed enzym (telomer\u00e1zu), kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee telomery <strong>prodlu\u017eovat<\/strong>. Mohou se tak d\u011blit prakticky <strong>donekone\u010dna<\/strong>, pokud nejsou omezeny jin\u00fdmi faktory, ne\u017e je mechanick\u00e9 \u010di jin\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Data v\u0161ak nejsou v\u017edy jednozna\u010dn\u00e1. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e nejen na v\u011bku, ve kter\u00e9m telomery sledujeme, ale tak\u00e9 na <strong>typu bun\u011bk, genetice a \u017eivotospr\u00e1v\u011b. Urychlen\u00e9 zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed telomer <\/strong>ale vede k v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, cukrovka, n\u011bkter\u00e9 typy rakoviny a osteopor\u00f3za. Fyzick\u00e1 aktivita jak\u00e9hokoli typu je asociov\u00e1na s del\u0161\u00edmi telomery. Zub \u010dasu a st\u00e1rnut\u00ed sice nezastav\u00edme, ale <strong>m\u016f\u017eeme ho zpomalit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jake_dalsi_faktory_maji_vliv_na_to_jak_dlouho_budeme_zit\"><\/span>Jak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed faktory maj\u00ed vliv na to, jak dlouho budeme \u017e\u00edt?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9lka telomer<\/strong> sice poukazuje na bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, nen\u00ed v\u0161ak jedin\u00fdm ukazatelem dlouhov\u011bkosti. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv na urychlen\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jen <strong>n\u00e1sledkem nezdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu<\/strong>. Dlouhov\u011bkost je multifaktori\u00e1ln\u00ed, tedy ovlivn\u011bn\u00e1 velk\u00fdm po\u010dtem prom\u011bnn\u00fdch. Mezi nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed faktory ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed dlouhov\u011bkost pat\u0159\u00ed <strong>\u017eivotospr\u00e1va<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 efekt nejen na d\u00e9lku telomeru, ale tak\u00e9 na dlouhodob\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy jsou do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry zdrav\u00ed a dlouhov\u011bkost d\u00e1ny na\u0161\u00ed <strong>genetikou<\/strong>. A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o genetick\u00e9 predispozice k onemocn\u011bn\u00edm nebo celkovou predispozici k dlouh\u00e9mu \u017eivotu, vliv gen\u016f nelze zanedbat. D\u00e1 se v\u0161ak ovlivnit pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>\u017eivotn\u00edm stylem<\/strong>, tedy <strong>epigeneticky<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rizika chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kvality \u017eivota jsou d\u00e1ny i zdrav\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-je-mikrobiom-a-jak-muze-zdravi-strev-ovlivnovat-nasi-fyzickou-i-psychickou-kondici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu<\/a>. Ten m\u00e1 nezanedbateln\u00fd vliv na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, ale tak\u00e9 mozku.
