Zvu\u010di primamljivo, zar ne? \u017delja za ve\u010dnim \u017eivotom prati nas od davnina, pojavljuju\u0107i se u bezbrojnim filmovima kao jedna od najfantasti\u010dnijih sposobnosti. To poseduju vampiri, bogovi, superheroji i razna druga natprirodna bi\u0107a. I dok zvu\u010di neverovatno, moram odmah na po\u010detku ovog \u010dlanka razjasniti da <strong>ovaj nivo ve\u010dnog \u017eivota jo\u0161 uvek nije iza\u0161ao van granica filmskog platna.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, vredi napomenuti da se globalni prose\u010dni \u017eivotni vek postepeno pove\u0107ava. Godine 2000. bio je oko 66 godina, <strong>dok je do 2024. porastao na otprilike 73 godine<\/strong>. Kada pogledamo rekordere, najdu\u017ee dokumentovano \u017eive\u0107a osoba bila je Francuskinja \u017dan Luiza Kalman, koja je <strong>\u017eivela neverovatnih 122 godine<\/strong>. S obzirom na ove \u010dinjenice, mo\u017ee se \u010diniti da se polako pribli\u017eavamo ovim bo\u017eanskim fantazijama. Tome nesumnjivo doprinosi i ogroman priliv kapitala u ovo polje   <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1-2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi milijarderi ula\u017eu ogromna finansijska sredstva u svoje napore da se izbore sa starenjem. Ali da li je ova potraga rezervisana samo za bogate ili mo\u017eemo produ\u017eiti \u017eivot <strong>postepenim promenama koje svako mo\u017ee uklju\u010diti u svoju svakodnevnu rutinu? <\/strong>U dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku odgovori\u0107emo na ovo pitanje na osnovu nau\u010dnih \u010dinjenica i dokaza.  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1-2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zdravo_starenje_vs_Anti-Ageing\"><\/span>Zdravo starenje vs. Anti-Ageing<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre nego \u0161to po\u010dnemo, va\u017eno je razjasniti dva sli\u010dna, ali razli\u010dita pojma \u2013 <strong>zdravo starenje i anti-ageing<\/strong>. Prvi se fokusira na <strong>o\u010duvanje zdravlja<\/strong> i <strong>ubla\u017eavanje efekata starenja razli\u010ditim metodama<\/strong>. To ne podrazumeva samo smanjenje vidljivih znakova starenja, ve\u0107 i pobolj\u0161anje fizi\u010dke kondicije i mentalnog blagostanja. Primeri zdravog starenja uklju\u010duju vo\u0111enje zdravog na\u010dina \u017eivota, dovoljno sna, fizi\u010dku aktivnost, dru\u0161tvene interakcije i negu ko\u017ee. Cilj je ostati u \u0161to boljem zdravstvenom stanju \u0161to du\u017ee.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anti-ageing, s druge strane, <strong>prvenstveno se bavi eliminisanjem ili odlaganjem spolja\u0161njih znakova starenja.<\/strong> Ljudi koji te\u017ee ovom cilju \u010desto se okre\u0107u invazivnim procedurama poput plasti\u010dnih operacija, botoksa, laserskih tretmana i raznih drugih estetskih zahvata. Jedan od najva\u017enijih je cenjeni profesor i nau\u010dnik za dugove\u010dnost <strong>Dejvid Sinkler,<\/strong> nekada\u0161nji profesor na Harvardu. On je zaslu\u017ean za istra\u017eivanja iz oblasti genetike, epigenetike i starenja. Sinkler veruje da metafori\u010dki <strong>pe\u0161\u010dani sat na\u0161eg \u017eivota nije uklesan u kamen\u2014mo\u017ee se usporiti ili \u010dak vratiti unazad<\/strong>, sli\u010dno doga\u0111ajima iz zavr\u0161nice filma Hari Poter i zatvorenik iz Askabana. Jedan od klju\u010dnih znakova starenja je gubitak epigenetskih informacija, koje, prema Sinkleru i njegovom timu,<strong> mogu biti ponovo programirane<\/strong> sli\u010dno kao kada se popravlja neispravan ra\u010dunar.
