In the meantime, clean the<b><strong> mushrooms<\/strong><\/b>, cut them into smaller pieces and <b><strong>saut\u00e9<\/strong><\/b> them in a large pan until all the water they let out has evaporated. Then<b><strong> add <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/bio-extra-panensky-olivovy-olej-vanavita.html\"><b><strong>oil<\/strong><\/b><\/a>, finely<b><strong> chopped garlic, <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\"><b><strong>ground pepper<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong>, <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\"><b><strong>salt<\/strong><\/b><\/a><b><strong> and saut\u00e9 the mushrooms<\/strong><\/b> until golden brown. Then add the<b><strong> frozen spinach <\/strong><\/b>to the pan and simmer together for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the<b><strong> plant-based butter <\/strong><\/b>in another pan<b><strong>, add the <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\"><b><strong>flour<\/strong><\/b><\/a> and stir until a golden mixture forms. Gradually add the milk and stir vigorously to form a smooth b\u00e9chamel. Finally, add 20 g of <b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nutritional-yeast-gymbeam.html\">nutritional<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nutritional-yeast-gymbeam.html\"> yeas<\/a><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nutritional-yeast-gymbeam.html\"><b>t<\/b><\/a> and remove the b\u00e9chamel from the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In a smaller baking dish (20\u00d720 cm) put<b><strong> a thin layer of b\u00e9chamel, steamed spinach with mushrooms and then the pre-cooked lasagne<\/strong><\/b> sheets. Continue like this until all the ingredients are used. Finish the layering with a layer of lasagne sheets coated with b\u00e9chamel. <b><strong>Sprinkle with the remaining nutritional yeast<\/strong><\/b> and ground <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts.html\"><b><strong>cashew nuts<\/strong><\/b><\/a>.
