V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee bez n\u011bj bychom mohli i p\u0159i sebemen\u0161\u00edm zran\u011bn\u00ed vykrv\u00e1cet? Jedn\u00edm z jeho hlavn\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f je toti\u017e <strong>sr\u00e1\u017een\u00ed krve.<\/strong> Zejm\u00e9na proto se o n\u011bj mnoho lid\u00ed za\u010dne zaj\u00edmat a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy jim l\u00e9ka\u0159 p\u0159edep\u00ed\u0161e <strong>l\u00e9ky na \u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed krve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani zdaleka to v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jeho jedin\u00e1 funkce. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi sourozenci je ale b\u011b\u017en\u011b odsouv\u00e1n na druhou kolej a nemluv\u00ed se o n\u011bm tak \u010dasto. To je ale velk\u00e1 \u0161koda, proto\u017ee tato \u017eivina doslova pom\u00e1h\u00e1 <strong>dr\u017eet na\u0161e t\u011blo pohromad\u011b<\/strong>. Ve skute\u010dnosti jde o <strong>skupinu slou\u010denin<\/strong> s podobnou strukturou. Z hlediska v\u00fd\u017eivy n\u00e1s nejv\u00edce zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed dv\u011b hlavn\u00ed formy, a to <strong>vitam\u00edn K1 (fylochinon)<\/strong> a <strong>vitam\u00edn K2 (menachinon)<\/strong>. Aby to v\u0161ak nebylo tak jednoduch\u00e9, vitam\u00edn K2 m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b <strong>n\u011bkolik podtyp\u016f<\/strong>, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b <strong>MK-4, MK-7, MK-8, MK-9<\/strong> a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1me tak\u00e9 <strong>vitam\u00edn K3 (menadion)<\/strong>, ale ten nen\u00ed kone\u010dnou \u00fa\u010dinnou formou vitam\u00ednu. Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl v\u0161ak tkv\u00ed v jejich <strong>p\u016fvodu<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc, jeden z nich je pro t\u011blo <strong>dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>vyu\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> ne\u017e ten druh\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitam\u00edn K1 (fylochinon)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u017e <strong>75\u201390 %<\/strong> vitam\u00ednu K zkonzumujeme ve form\u011b vitam\u00ednu K1, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 pod n\u00e1zvem <strong>fylochinon<\/strong>. Jeho hlavn\u00edm zdrojem jsou <strong>rostlinn\u00e9 potraviny<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejv\u00edce ho obsahuje <strong>zelen\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina<\/strong> (\u0161pen\u00e1t, kapusta, zel\u00ed atd.). Krom\u011b toho ho najdeme i v <strong>rostlinn\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/oleje\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olej\u00edch<\/a><\/strong> \u010di nap\u0159\u00edklad v <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/orechy-a-semena\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o\u0159e\u0161\u00edch<\/a><\/strong>. Kdy\u017e budete \u010d\u00edst d\u00e1l, dozv\u00edte se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce o t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u00edch i o tom, kolik vitam\u00ednu K obsahuj\u00ed.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[10]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato forma m\u00e1 ale jednu nev\u00fdhodu. Pom\u011brn\u011b <strong>obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b<\/strong> <strong>se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 do t\u011bla<\/strong>, proto\u017ee v rostlin\u00e1ch je pevn\u011b v\u00e1z\u00e1na na chloroplasty (\u010d\u00e1sti rostlinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk, ve kter\u00fdch prob\u00edh\u00e1 fotosynt\u00e9za). Proto se z potravy vst\u0159eb\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b jen <strong>5\u201310 %<\/strong>. Pokud ov\u0161em tyto potraviny kombinujeme s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tuky-dobre-spatne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tukem<\/a>, vst\u0159ebatelnost se m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it a\u017e <strong>trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b<\/strong>. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si nap\u0159\u00edklad zak\u00e1pnete zeleninov\u00fd sal\u00e1t l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed olivov\u00e9ho oleje nebo ho posypete obl\u00edben\u00fdmi sem\u00ednky. Ano, je to tak, vitam\u00edn K vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed <strong>prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 mikroorganismy<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-je-mikrobiom-a-jak-muze-zdravi-strev-ovlivnovat-nasi-fyzickou-i-psychickou-kondici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakterie tvo\u0159\u00ed vitam\u00edn K2 i b\u011bhem <strong>fermentace<\/strong> (kva\u0161en\u00ed), proto ho hojn\u011b obsahuj\u00ed <strong>fermentovan\u00e9 produkty<\/strong>, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad natto nebo kva\u0161en\u00e1 zelenina. D\u00e1le ho vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed i mikroorganismy ve st\u0159evech zv\u00ed\u0159at \u2013 v jejich \u017ealudku se dokonce vitam\u00edn K1 p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na vitam\u00edn K2 (takto vznik\u00e1 MK-4). Jeho dobr\u00fdm zdrojem jsou tak i <strong>\u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 potraviny.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od vitam\u00ednu K1 je menachinon <strong>dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> a <strong>l\u00e9pe vst\u0159ebateln\u00fd<\/strong>. To, kolik se ho vst\u0159eb\u00e1, ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm typu menachinonu \u2013 nejl\u00e9pe se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 MK-7. To plat\u00ed i pro potravinov\u00e9 zdroje, nejen suplementy.
