Tyto bu\u0148ky jsou v t\u011ble rozm\u00edst\u011bny prakticky v\u0161ude a z hlediska jejich lokalizace m\u016f\u017eeme tuk rozd\u011blit na <strong>podko\u017en\u00ed a viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Podko\u017en\u00ed<\/strong> je ten, kter\u00fd vid\u00edme na prvn\u00ed pohled a sna\u017e\u00edme se ho zbavit, je-li ho hodn\u011b.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong> tuk se nach\u00e1z\u00ed kolem org\u00e1n\u016f a jeho funkc\u00ed je mechanick\u00e1 ochrana org\u00e1n\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 regulace metabolismu a hladin hormon\u016f. Je tak\u00e9 zdrojem l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na regulaci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tukovou tk\u00e1\u0148 m\u016f\u017eeme rozd\u011blit i podle jej\u00ed schopnosti vytv\u00e1\u0159et teplo (termogeneze).
