Ova biljka poti\u010de iz Ju\u017ene Amerike i bila je pripitomljena pre vi\u0161e od 6.000 godina.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2661\">Ova biljka je zanimljiva jer hrskavi plodovi kikirikija ne rastu iznad zemlje kao mnogi drugi plodovi, ve\u0107 ispod zemlje. <strong data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2287\">Njihove semenke postepeno zalaze u tlo, gde se razvijaju u tvrde mahune sa mre\u017eastom strukturom.<\/strong> Unutar ovih mahuna obi\u010dno se nalazi jedno do \u010detiri semena, obavijena tamnocrvenom ljuskom, koju prepoznajemo kao kikiriki. Verovatno ste ve\u0107 \u010duli o njegovom <strong data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2956\">uticaju na zdravlje srca, kognitivne funkcije, nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong>, pa \u010dak i o mogu\u0107oj povezanosti sa ni\u017eom stopom odre\u0111enih vrsta raka. Zgodna pomo\u0107 pri mr\u0161avljenju<\/h3>\n\n\n<p data-start=\"3113\" data-end=\"3537\">Kikiriki je bogat mastima, proteinima i vlaknima. Same masti se sporije vare u na\u0161em organizmu, a zajedno sa njima usporava se i varenje druge hrane. To zna\u010di da hrana du\u017ee ostaje u stomaku, \u0161to poma\u017ee da se odlo\u017ei ose\u0107aj gladi i potreba za dodatnim obrocima. Masti, zajedno sa proteinima i vlaknima, tako\u0111e daju kikirikiju sposobnost <strong data-start=\"3449\" data-end=\"3535\">ne samo da vam pomogne u borbi protiv gladi, ve\u0107 i da izazove ve\u0107i ose\u0107aj sitosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo zbog toga, kikiriki se mo\u017ee uklopiti u ishranu kao jedan od faktora koji doprinose mr\u0161avljenju ili odr\u017eavanju telesne te\u017eine. Francuska studija iz 2016. godine sugeri\u0161e da resveratrol ima pozitivan efekat na <strong>upalu u vaskularnom endotelu i njegovu funkciju.<\/strong> Tako\u0111e, pove\u0107ana koncentracija resveratrola povezana je sa <strong>smanjenjem oksidacije LDL holesterola,<\/strong> \u010diji su visoki nivoi povezani sa aterosklerozom (otvrdnjavanjem arterija) i koronarnom bole\u0161\u0107u srca.&nbsp;<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><sup><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"blood-sugar-levels\">3. Pomo\u0107 u kontroli nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikiriki mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dna pomo\u0107 za osobe sa dijabetesom. Spada <strong>u namirnice sa niskim glikemijskim indeksom (GI).<\/strong> Postoji mehanizam poznat kao GI skala, a svaka hrana koja dobije GI ocenu u rasponu od 1-55 smatra se da ima nizak GI. Konkretno, mo\u017eemo pomenuti <strong>fitosterole,<\/strong> koji su, prema jednoj studiji, povezani sa <strong>smanjenjem rasta tumora prostate za vi\u0161e od 40%.<\/strong> Pored toga, prime\u0107en je i pozitivan efekat na <strong>smanjenje \u0161irenja raka na druge delove tela za skoro 50%.<\/strong>&nbsp;<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><sup><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitosteroli su tako\u0111e povezani sa pozitivnim ili <strong>inhibitornim efektom na rak plu\u0107a i \u017eeluca, kao i rak jajnika i dojke.<\/strong> Resveratrol bi tako\u0111e mogao biti zanimljiv u tom kontekstu, jer, prema jednoj studiji nema\u010dkih autora, mo\u017ee <strong>ograni\u010diti snabdevanje krvi rastu\u0107im tumorima ili \u0107elijama raka.<\/strong> Ipak, pomenute studije su ograni\u010dene, te je potrebno jo\u0161 istra\u017eivanja kako bi se bolje razumeo odnos izme\u0111u kikirikija i razli\u010ditih vrsta raka.&nbsp;<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\"><sup>[1, 8 \u2013 9, 32]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h3\" id=\"gallstones\">5. Potencijalni pozitivan uticaj na kamen u \u017eu\u010di<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017du\u010dni kameni su \u010dvrste formacije razli\u010ditih veli\u010dina koje se obi\u010dno formiraju u \u017eu\u010dnoj kesi i \u017eu\u010dnim kanalima. Nastaju iz taloga \u017eu\u010di, koji s vremenom o\u010dvrsne i formira objekte koji podse\u0107aju na obojeno kamenje. Iako \u010desto ne izazivaju probleme, nisu ne\u0161to \u0161to treba  da se ignori\u0161e. <strong>U nekim slu\u010dajevima, mogu dovesti do upale \u017eu\u010dne kese ili bilijarne kolike,<\/strong> koja se manifestuje iznenadnim i intenzivnim bolom u stomaku, obi\u010dno traju\u0107i jedan ili nekoliko sati. Me\u0111utim, izgleda da zna\u010dajnu ulogu u njihovom nastanku igra sposobnost osobe da <strong><span style=\"\">ograni\u010di unos<\/span><\/strong><span>&nbsp;visoko prera\u0111ene hrane bogate zasi\u0107enim mastima. Primeri uklju\u010duju ultra-prera\u0111eno meso poput kobasica i suhomesnatih proizvoda, kao i razne slatki\u0161e. Kikiriki bi mogao biti koristan u borbi protiv \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca. Iako nije <strong>\u010dudo koje mo\u017ee u\u010diniti da \u017eu\u010dni kamenci nestanu,<\/strong> kikiriki i dalje mo\u017ee biti zanimljiv u tom pogledu. Pozitivan efekat na kognitivne funkcije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste ikada pretra\u017eivali informacije o kikirikiju, verovatno ste nai\u0161li na mnoge izvore koji pominju njegov pozitivan uticaj na kognitivne funkcije. To su, ina\u010de, funkcije koje vam omogu\u0107avaju da percipirate svet oko sebe. Ova jedinjenja doprinose za\u0161titi nervnih \u0107elija zahvaljuju\u0107i svom antioksidativnom dejstvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozitivan uticaj u ovom aspektu tako\u0111e je povezan sa sadr\u017eajem <strong>cinka<\/strong> koji se nalazi u kikirikiju, a koji doprinosi pravilnom <strong>kognitivnom funkcionisanju.<\/strong> Pored toga, studija iz Austrije pominje neke dobre rezultate kikirikija u tom pogledu.
