Posjeduju ga vampiri, bogovi, superjunaci i razna druga nadnaravna bi\u0107a. I iako zvu\u010di nevjerojatno, moram pojasniti na samom po\u010detku ovog \u010dlanka da <strong>ta razina vje\u010dnog \u017eivota tek treba nadi\u0107i ekran.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, vrijedi napomenuti da se globalni prosje\u010dni \u017eivotni vijek postupno pove\u0107ava. U 2000. godini bio je otprilike 66 godina; <strong>do 2024. godine prosje\u010dni \u017eivotni vijek porastao je na otprilike 73 godine.<\/strong> Gledaju\u0107i rekordere, najdugovje\u010dnija osoba ikad dokumentirana bila je Francuskinja po imenu Jeanne Louise Calment, koja je <strong>\u017eivjela nevjerojatne 122 godine.<\/strong> Imaju\u0107i te \u010dinjenice na umu, mo\u017ee se \u010diniti da smo sve bli\u017ee tim bogolikim ma\u0161tarijama. \u010cimbenik koji tome pridonosi nedvojbeno je ogroman priljev kapitala u to podru\u010dje. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1-2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi milijarderi ula\u017eu golema financijska sredstva u svoje napore u borbi protiv starenja. Ali je li ta potraga rezervirana samo za bogate ili mo\u017eemo produ\u017eiti svoje \u017eivote <strong>putem postupnih promjena koje svatko mo\u017ee uklju\u010diti u svoju svakodnevnu rutinu?<\/strong> U dana\u0161njem \u010dlanku odgovorit \u0107emo na to pitanje na temelju znanstvenih \u010dinjenica i dokaza. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1-2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zdravo_starenje_naspram_borbe_protiv_starenja\"><\/span>Zdravo starenje naspram borbe protiv starenja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije nego \u0161to po\u010dnemo, bitno je razjasniti dva sli\u010dna, ali razli\u010dita koncepta \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/anti-ageing-i-zdravo-starenje-kako-se-brinuti-za-svoje-tijelo-i-ocuvati-zdravlje-i-mladenacki-izgled\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>zdravo starenje i borbu protiv starenja<\/strong><\/a>. Prvi se usredoto\u010duje na <strong>o\u010duvanje zdravlja<\/strong> i <strong>ubla\u017eavanje u\u010dinaka starenja razli\u010ditim metodama.<\/strong> To ne zna\u010di samo smanjenje vidljivih znakova starenja, nego i pobolj\u0161anje fizi\u010dke kondicije i mentalnog blagostanja. Primjeri zdravog starenja uklju\u010duju davanje prioriteta zdravom na\u010dinu \u017eivota, dovoljno sna, dovoljno aktivnosti, dru\u017eenje i njegu ko\u017ee. Cilj je ostati u najboljem mogu\u0107em zdravstvenom stanju \u0161to je du\u017ee mogu\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Borba protiv starenja, s druge strane, <strong>prvenstveno se bavi uklanjanjem ili odga\u0111anjem vanjskih znakova starenja.<\/strong> Ljudi koji te\u017ee tvom cilju \u010desto se okre\u0107u invazivnim postupcima kao \u0161to su plasti\u010dna kirurgija, botoks, laserski tretmani i razne druge kozmeti\u010dke terapije. Jedan od najistaknutijih jest cijenjeni profesor i znanstvenik za istra\u017eivanje dugovje\u010dnosti <strong>David Sinclair,<\/strong> biv\u0161i student Harvarda. On stoji iza istra\u017eivanja u genetici, epigenetici i starenju. Sinclair vjeruje da metafori\u010dki pje\u0161\u010dani sat <strong>na\u0161eg \u017eivotnog vijeka nije uklesan u kamen \u2013 mo\u017ee se usporiti ili \u010dak preokrenuti,<\/strong> sli\u010dno kao doga\u0111aji na kraju Harryja Pottera i zato\u010denika Azkabana. Me\u0111utim, potrebna su daljnja istra\u017eivanja kako bi se u potpunosti razumio njen potencijal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Biomedicinski gerontolog Aubrey de Gray jo\u0161 je jedan znanstvenik koji te\u017ei u\u010dinkovitoj borbi protiv starenja. On vjeruje da starenje nije nepovratno, nego <strong>popravljiv problem.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, ve\u0107ina znanstvenika upozorava da nema <strong>dovoljno istra\u017eivanja<\/strong> i uvjerljivih dokaza koji podupiru takve tvrdnje.
