Wenn das Gem\u00fcse nach einer Weile steht und anf\u00e4ngt,<b><strong> seinen Saft abzugeben<\/strong><\/b>, <strong>dr\u00fccke<\/strong> es mehrmals fest <b><strong>aus<\/strong><\/b> und gib es in einen sauberen Beh\u00e4lter. Beim Umf\u00fcllen in ein Einmachglas f\u00fcge die <b><\/b><b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-bay-leaves-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/a><\/strong><\/b>&nbsp;allm\u00e4hlich zu <b><strong>jeder Schicht<\/strong><\/b> hinzu. Der gesamte Prozess <b><strong>dauert 7-15 Tage<\/strong><\/b>, je nach Menge und Temperatur. Der G\u00e4rungsprozess wird von einem typischen Blubbern begleitet, das allm\u00e4hlich nachl\u00e4sst.
