V skuto\u010dnosti ide o <strong>skupinu zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn <\/strong>s podobnou \u0161trukt\u00farou. Vo v\u00fd\u017eive n\u00e1s najviac zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa dve hlavn\u00e9 formy, a to<strong> vitam\u00edn K1 (fylochin\u00f3n)<\/strong> a <strong>vitam\u00edn K2 (menachin\u00f3n). <\/strong>Aby to v\u0161ak nebolo tak\u00e9 jednoduch\u00e9, vitam\u00edn K2 m\u00e1 e\u0161te <strong>nieko\u013eko podtypov, <\/strong>konkr\u00e9tne<strong> MK-4, MK-7, MK-8, MK-9<\/strong> a \u010fal\u0161ie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozn\u00e1me aj <strong>vitam\u00edn K3 (menadi\u00f3n), <\/strong>ale ten nie je kone\u010dnou \u00fa\u010dinnou formou vitam\u00ednu. Hlavn\u00fd rozdiel v\u0161ak tkvie v ich <strong>p\u00f4vode.<\/strong> Navy\u0161e, jeden z nich je pre telo <strong>dostupnej\u0161\u00ed <\/strong>a <strong>vyu\u017eite\u013enej\u0161\u00ed <\/strong>ako ten druh\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitam\u00edn K1 (fylochin\u00f3n)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u017e <strong>75 \u2013 90 %<\/strong> vitam\u00ednu K skonzumujeme vo forme vitam\u00ednu K1, zn\u00e1meho aj pod n\u00e1zvom <strong>fylochin\u00f3n.<\/strong> Jeho hlavn\u00fdm zdrojom s\u00fa <strong>rastlinn\u00e9 potraviny,<\/strong> pri\u010dom najviac ho obsahuje <strong>zelen\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina<\/strong> (\u0161pen\u00e1t, kel, kapusta, at\u010f.). Okrem toho ho n\u00e1jdeme aj v <strong>rastlinn\u00fdch <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/oleje\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>olejoch<\/strong><\/a> \u010di napr\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/orechy-a-semena\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>orechoch<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Ke\u010f budete \u010d\u00edta\u0165 \u010falej, o t\u00fdch najlep\u0161\u00edch zdrojoch aj o tom, ko\u013eko vitam\u00ednu K obsahuj\u00fa, si e\u0161te povieme. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[10]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1to forma m\u00e1 v\u0161ak jednu nev\u00fdhodu. Pomerne<strong> \u0165a\u017eko sa vstreb\u00e1va do tela<\/strong>, preto\u017ee v rastlin\u00e1ch je pevne viazan\u00e1 na chloroplasty (\u010dasti rastlinn\u00fdch buniek, v ktor\u00fdch prebieha fotosynt\u00e9za). Preto sa z potravy vstrebe priemerne <strong>5 \u2013 10 %. <\/strong>Pokia\u013e v\u0161ak tieto potraviny kombinujeme s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/tuky-dobre-zle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tukom<\/a>, vstrebate\u013enos\u0165 sa m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 a\u017e <strong>trojn\u00e1sobne. <\/strong>V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si zeleninov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t napr\u00edklad polejete ly\u017eicou olivov\u00e9ho oleja alebo ho posypete ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdmi semienkami.
