Cut open the pumpkin, scoop out the seeds and bake it skin side up in the oven <b><strong>at 180\u00b0C<\/strong><\/b> until <b><strong>soft<\/strong><\/b>, which will take about<b><strong> 40 minutes<\/strong><\/b>. Peel the roasted pumpkin and <b><strong>blend the<\/strong><\/b> flesh <b><strong>until smooth<\/strong><\/b>. This will create a puree which will then be used in the cinnamon rolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the<b><strong> yeast and 5 g <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\"><b><strong>cane sugar<\/strong><\/b><\/a> <b><strong>in warm milk <\/strong><\/b>and allow to <b><strong>rise for 10 minutes <\/strong><\/b>. Mix <b><strong>the two <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\"><b><strong>flours<\/strong><\/b><\/a> with the remaining<b><strong> sugar, a pinch of salt<\/strong><\/b>, add the risen dough, room temperature <b><strong>butter <\/strong><\/b>cut into slices and <b><strong>pumpkin puree<\/strong><\/b>. Knead the dough until smooth and almost a non-stick consistency.
