Sve \u0161to probije te mehani\u010dke barijere automatski predstavlja prijetnju ispravnom funkcioniranju cijelog ljudskog tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakterije vrlo rado koriste okoli\u0161 na\u0161eg tijela za vlastiti opstanak, a virusi trebaju na\u0161e stanice za reprodukciju. Prodiranjem u unutarnje dijelove tijela stvaraju se infekcije protiv kojih se treba u\u010dinkovito boriti. Sre\u0107om, ispod vanjskih i unutarnjih povr\u0161ina tijela postoji vojska spremna \u0161tititi va\u0161e tijelo do zadnje minute va\u0161eg \u017eivota. Ova vojska je <strong>imunolo\u0161ki sustav<\/strong>, koji radi 24 sata dnevno, 7 dana u tjednu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_to_imunoloski_sustav\"><\/span>\u0160to je to imunolo\u0161ki sustav?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imunolo\u0161ki sustav nije zaseban organ. Nalazi se <strong>posvuda u tijelu,<\/strong> a njegove glavne prometnice su <strong>krv i limfa<\/strong>. Putuje va\u0161im krvnim \u017eilama i ide svugdje gdje postoji opasnost od probijanja mehani\u010dke granice (ko\u017ee i sluznice) izme\u0111u vanjskog svijeta i osjetljive unutra\u0161njosti tijela. Nespecifi\u010dni (uro\u0111eni) imunitet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva linija obrane u ljudskom tijelu je <strong>nespecifi\u010dni imunitet<\/strong>. Ova obrana organizma je uro\u0111ena i mo\u017ee vas u\u010dinkovito za\u0161tititi od najopasnijih patogena. Sastoji se od \u0107elija koje su raspore\u0111ene na kriti\u010dnim mjestima poput gnijezda mitraljeza. Ovi proteini pripadaju takozvanom <strong>sustavu komplementa<\/strong>. Njihov je posao dr\u017eati se bakterija i virusa i prenijeti signal stanicama da pokrenu napad. Oni prepoznaju ugljikohidrate koji se nalaze na povr\u0161ini virusa i bakterija, ali ne i na povr\u0161ini va\u0161ih stanica. <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/sup><\/mark><mark><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva borbena jedinica na mjestu infekcije su <strong>neutrofili.<\/strong> Te su stanice najbrojnije u krvi i stalno se obnavljaju. Njihova glavna funkcija je da napadaju i doslovno pro\u017ediru sve \u010demu nije mjesto u tijelu. Ako bude potrebno, izvest \u0107e kamikaze &#8211; otvorit \u0107e se i izbaciti svoj sadr\u017eaj na bojno polje te tako potaknuti lokalnu upalu i onesposobiti neprijatelja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustav komplementa zajedno sa stanicama nespecifi\u010dnog imuniteta pokre\u0107u <b><strong>upalni proces. <\/strong><\/b>On djeluje poput \u0161umskog po\u017eara kako bi sprije\u010dio \u0161irenje patogena. Specifi\u010dan (ste\u010deni) imunitet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifi\u010dni imunitet inherentno uklju\u010duje stanice koje pamte neprijatelja i, zahvaljuju\u0107i tom pam\u0107enju, mogu proizvesti <strong>specifi\u010dna antitijela.<\/strong> Nakon uspje\u0161nog napada nespecifi\u010dnog imuniteta, uzro\u010dnici se usitnjavaju na komadi\u0107e. Ti dijelovi patogena izlo\u017eeni su na povr\u0161ini takozvanih stanica koje predstavljaju antigene i prikazani stanicama specifi\u010dnog imuniteta, koje u\u010de prepoznati te dijelove. Koristi sposobnost imunolo\u0161kog sustava da u\u010di i pamti patogene.
