Snaha \u017e\u00edt v\u011b\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1s toti\u017e prov\u00e1z\u00ed od nepam\u011bti a pat\u0159\u00ed k fantastick\u00fdm schopnostem, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt v mnoha filmech. M\u00edvaj\u00ed ji up\u00ed\u0159i, bohov\u00e9, superhrdinov\u00e9 a r\u016fzn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed nadp\u0159irozen\u00e9 bytosti. I p\u0159esto, \u017ee to zn\u00ed skv\u011ble, mus\u00edm hned v \u00favodu tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee <strong>tato \u00farove\u0148 v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota zat\u00edm nep\u0159ekro\u010dila filmov\u00e1 pl\u00e1tna.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu je ale t\u0159eba dodat, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 celosv\u011btov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka \u017eivota se postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uje. Zat\u00edmco v roce 2000 byla cca 66 let, <strong>v roce 2024 se u\u017e lid\u00e9 v pr\u016fm\u011bru do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed zhruba 73 let<\/strong>. Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na rekordmany, tak nejd\u00e9le \u017eij\u00edc\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem na sv\u011bt\u011b byla francouzsk\u00e1 d\u00e1ma jm\u00e9nem Jeanne Louise Calment, kter\u00e1 <strong>se do\u017eila neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 122 let<\/strong>. V souvislosti s t\u011bmito fakty se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t, \u017ee se k bo\u017esk\u00fdm fantazi\u00edm p\u0159ibli\u017eujeme alespo\u0148 po mal\u00fdch kr\u016f\u010dc\u00edch. A ur\u010dit\u011b tomu napom\u00e1h\u00e1 i fakt, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edliv kapit\u00e1lu v t\u00e9to oblasti se dnes d\u00e1 pova\u017eovat za obrovsk\u00fd.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1\u20132]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do boje se st\u00e1\u0159\u00edm investuj\u00ed v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed nemal\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky mnoz\u00ed miliard\u00e1\u0159i. Je v\u0161ak tato snaha jen v\u00fdsadou bohat\u00fdch, nebo se m\u016f\u017eeme pokusit sv\u016fj \u017eivot prodlou\u017eit <strong>i pomoc\u00ed postupn\u00fdch krok\u016f, kter\u00e9 do sv\u00e9 denn\u00ed rutiny zvl\u00e1dne za\u010dlenit ka\u017ed\u00fd<\/strong>? V prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde o <strong>zdrav\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 d\u00edky r\u016fzn\u00fdm metod\u00e1m dok\u00e1\u017ee <strong>zm\u00edrnit \u00fa\u010dinky na\u0161eho postupn\u011b<\/strong> <strong>p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edho v\u011bku<\/strong>. Nejedn\u00e1 se p\u0159itom jen o vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed projevy, ale tak\u00e9 o fyzickou kondici \u010di ment\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edkladem healthy-agingu je d\u016fraz na zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, dostate\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek, pohyb, socializaci nebo skincare, tedy p\u00e9\u010di o poko\u017eku. Jde prakticky o to, abychom byli co nejd\u00e9le v co nejlep\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed kondici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anti-aging se zase soust\u0159ed\u00ed <strong>v\u00fdhradn\u011b na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projevy st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed potla\u010dit, \u010di dokonce \u00fapln\u011b zastavit<\/strong>.
