A ovaj recept je jasan dokaz za to. Osnova je bulgur, koji je odli\u010dan izvor ugljikohidrata. Tako\u0111er smo dodali i povr\u0107e, puretinu, te feta sir, \u0161to ovom jelu daje puno\u0107u okusa i samim tim sadr\u017ei savr\u0161eno uravnote\u017eene makronutrijente. Isperite ga i stavite u <strong>manji lonac s 300 ml vode.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ruzicasta-himalajska-sol-fina-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Posolite<\/strong><\/a><strong>, zakuhajte i kuhajte dok ne omek\u0161a, otprilike 15 minuta. Nemojte zaboraviti&nbsp;povremeno<\/strong> promije\u0161ati kako se ne bi zalijepio za dno. U me\u0111uvremenu pripremite ostale sastojke za salatu.
