Vse, kar prodre skozi te mehanske bariere, je avtomatsko gro\u017enja pravilnemu delovanju celotnega \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakterije so zelo zadovoljne, da uporabljajo okolje na\u0161ega telesa za svoje lastno pre\u017eivetje, virusi pa potrebujejo na\u0161e celice za razmno\u017eevanje. S prodorom v notranje dele telesa nastanejo oku\u017ebe, proti katerim se je treba u\u010dinkovito boriti. Na sre\u010do je tik pod zunanjimi in notranjimi povr\u0161inami telesa pripravljena vojska, pripravljena za\u0161\u010dititi va\u0161e telo do zadnjega trenutka va\u0161ega \u017eivljenja. Nahaja se v <strong>vseh delih telesa<\/strong> in njegove glavne poti so <strong>krvni obtok in limfa.<\/strong> Potuje skozi krvne \u017eile, da prispe kamorkoli, kjer obstaja nevarnost preboja mehanske meje (ko\u017ea in sluznice) med zunanjim svetom in ob\u010dutljivim notranjim delom telesa. Nespecifi\u010dna (prirojena) imunost<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva obrambna \u010drta v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu je <strong>nespecifi\u010dna imunost.<\/strong> Ta obramba je prirojena in vas lahko u\u010dinkovito za\u0161\u010diti pred najbolj nevarnimi patogeni. Sestavljena je iz celic, ki so name\u0161\u010dene na kriti\u010dnih mestih, kot bazna mesta. \u010ce nekaj, kar ne spada v telo, uspe prodreti, te celice za\u010dnejo napadati <strong>z vsemi oro\u017eji, ki so jim na voljo.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda, da te celice vedo, kdaj morajo za\u010deti streljati, so po telesu razpr\u0161eni senzorji &#8211; proteini. Ti proteini pripadajo tako imenovanemu <strong>komplementarnemu sistemu.<\/strong> Njihova naloga je, da se prilepijo na bakterije in viruse ter prenesejo signal celicam, da za\u010dnejo napad. Prepoznajo ogljikove hidrate, ki so prisotni na povr\u0161ini virusov in bakterij, ne pa tudi na povr\u0161ini va\u0161ih celic.<mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva bojna enota na mestu oku\u017ebe so <strong>neutrofili.<\/strong> Te celice so najbolj \u0161tevil\u010dne v krvi in se nenehno obnavljajo. Njihova glavna naloga je napasti in dobesedno po\u017ereti vse, kar ne spada v telo. \u010ce je potrebno, bodo izvedli kamikaze &#8211; razpo\u010dili se bodo in izpljunili svojo vsebino na boji\u0161\u010de, s \u010dimer bodo spodbudili lokalno vnetje in onesposobili sovra\u017enika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Komplementarni sistem skupaj s celicami nespecifi\u010dne imunosti spro\u017ei <strong>vnetni proces. <\/strong>Deluje kot po\u017ear v gozdu, da prepre\u010di \u0161irjenje patogenov. Specifi\u010dna (pridobljena) imunost<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifi\u010dna imunost v osnovi vklju\u010duje celice, ki si zapomnijo sovra\u017enika in lahko zaradi tega spomina proizvedejo <strong>specifi\u010dna protitelesa.<\/strong> Po uspe\u0161nem napadu nespecifi\u010dne imunosti so patogeni raztrgani na ko\u0161\u010dke. Ti ko\u0161\u010dki patogenov so izpostavljeni na povr\u0161ini tako imenovanih antigenskih celic in prikazani celicam specifi\u010dne imunosti, ki se nau\u010dijo prepoznati te ko\u0161\u010dke. Po ponovnem sre\u010danju z bakterijo ali virusom je imunski sistem \u017ee seznanjen s sovra\u017enikom in pripravljen proizvesti zelo mo\u010dno oro\u017eje &#8211; protitelesa. <mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Antitelesa proizvajajo B-limfociti, da prepoznajo antigene na povr\u0161ini patogenov, napad pa je usmerjen samo nanje. Antitelesa so kot dimni signal, ki ka\u017ee, kje naj se izvede bombardiranje. Ta dimni zaslon uporablja tudi sistem komplementarnih proteinov, da lahko izvede specifi\u010dni napad, kar vodi do bolj u\u010dinkovitega po\u017eiranja patogenov. V idealnih pogojih je ta odziv hiter in u\u010dinkovit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Po za\u010detnem prepoznavanju patogena se zgodi ve\u010d dogodkov, ki pripeljejo do <strong>ozna\u010devanja sovra\u017enika za celice nespecifi\u010dne imunosti,<\/strong> kar na koncu vodi do njegove popolne eliminacije. Vendar so bakterije in virusi razvili mehanizme za odpor proti tem napadom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celice nespecifi\u010dne imunosti pridejo na vrsto naslednje. <strong>Streljajo<\/strong> <strong>na vse, kar je bilo ozna\u010deno kot sovra\u017enik.<\/strong> Proizvajajo snovi, ki spro\u017eijo vnetni odziv &#8211; po\u017ear, ki uni\u010di vse okoli sebe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sovra\u017enik je ujet<\/strong> &#8211; celice ga po\u017erejo. Njegovi identifikatorji (antigeni) so raz\u010dlenjeni in prikazani celicam specifi\u010dne imunosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Med potekajo\u010dimi boji (boleznijo) poteka tudi <strong>proizvodnja protiteles,<\/strong> ki na boji\u0161\u010de prispejo nekoliko kasneje, vendar svoj napad usmerijo neposredno na sovra\u017enika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vnetni odziv, skupaj s &#8220;po\u017eiranjem&#8221;, uni\u010devanjem celi\u010dnih sten in kasnej\u0161o proizvodnjo protiteles, vodi (v idealnih pogojih) do <strong>nevtralizacije sovra\u017enika.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Najve\u010dja prednost je, da si celice specifi\u010dne imunosti zapomnijo, kako izgleda sovra\u017enik in tako lahko usklajujejo napad v primeru ponovne oku\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod zelo specifi\u010dnimi okoli\u0161\u010dinami lahko nastanejo protitelesa proti lastnim telesnim beljakovinam. V tem primeru se imunski sistem zmede in pride do civilne vojne &#8211; <strong>avtoimunskih bolezni. <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Imunski sistem je nenehno pripravljen za\u0161\u010dititi telo pred oku\u017ebami, hkrati pa ohranja red tudi v svojih vrstah. Vklju\u010den je v prepoznavanje ne le oku\u017eenih, ampak <strong>tudi starih in potencialno rakavih celic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Imunizacije_ucijo_imunski_sistem\"><\/span>Imunizacije u\u010dijo imunski sistem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cepljenje je najbolj\u0161a preventiva pred oku\u017ebami, ki jo imamo. Izkori\u0161\u010da sposobnost imunskega sistema, da se u\u010di in si zapomni patogene.
