Probl\u00e9my s cholesterolem nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed teprve tehdy, kdy\u017e jeho hladina <strong>p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 hranice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i nadbytku se cholesterol \u010dasto ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch. To je prvn\u00ed krok k <strong>infarktu myokardu, mozkov\u00e9 mrtvici<\/strong> \u010di dal\u0161\u00edm <strong>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 jsou v \u010dele \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku p\u0159\u00ed\u010din \u00famrt\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. Abychom p\u0159ede\u0161li tomuto necht\u011bn\u00e9mu hromad\u011bn\u00ed nebo ho dokonce zvr\u00e1tili, mus\u00edme o sv\u00e9 t\u011blo pe\u010dovat. Jak udr\u017eet cholesterol pod kontrolou? Poj\u010fme se na to spolu pod\u00edvat. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_cholesterol\"><\/span>Co je cholesterol?&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cholesterol je <strong>specifick\u00fd lipid<\/strong>, kter\u00fd je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo <strong>nezbytn\u00fd<\/strong> &#8211; hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v mnoha fyziologick\u00fdch procesech. Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina cholesterolu v na\u0161em organizmu <strong>nepoch\u00e1z\u00ed z j\u00eddla<\/strong>, ale z d\u00edlny na\u0161eho vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla. Bez n\u011bj bychom nemohli fungovat, a proto se t\u011blo rad\u011bji nespol\u00e9h\u00e1 na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdroje cholesterolu, ale samo si ho produkuje v mno\u017estv\u00ed <strong>pot\u0159ebn\u00e9m k udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>. V pr\u016fm\u011bru si vytvo\u0159\u00ed cca 70 % a zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 30 % poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze stravy. Kdy\u017e je v\u0161ak jeho p\u0159\u00edjem z potravin v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, mohou nastat probl\u00e9my, o kter\u00fdch si n\u00ed\u017ee pov\u00edme v\u00edce. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cholesterol je nepostradateln\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci <strong>bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n<\/strong>, tvorbu <strong>hormon\u016f<\/strong>, jako jsou <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/priznaky-nizke-hladiny-testosteronu-a-jak-s-nim-bojovat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>testosteron<\/strong><\/a> a <strong>estrogen<\/strong>, synt\u00e9zu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vitam\u00ednu D<\/strong><\/a>, jako\u017e i tvorbu <strong>\u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kyselin<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tr\u00e1vit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/tuky-dobre-spatne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tuky<\/a>. Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed si t\u011blo reguluje jeho v\u00fdrobu tak, aby pokrylo v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b vlastn\u00ed produkce v\u0161ak cholesterol z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me tak\u00e9 z <strong>potravy<\/strong>, a to z <strong>\u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch produkt\u016f<\/strong>, jako jsou maso, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky nebo vejce. <strong>V rostlinn\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch tento lipid nenajdeme<\/strong>. Cholesterol v na\u0161em t\u011ble je hlavn\u011b <strong>d\u00edlem jater<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 si ho vyr\u00e1b\u00ed tolik, kolik t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje. Pokud ho p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me i z potravy, jeho hladina v krvi se m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit \u2013 ale ne tak dramaticky, jak jsme si kdysi mysleli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U zdrav\u00fdch lid\u00ed j\u00e1tra toti\u017e reaguj\u00ed jako zku\u0161en\u00fd mana\u017eer. Kdy\u017e cholesterol p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed zven\u010d\u00ed, <strong>zpomal\u00ed jeho vlastn\u00ed produkci<\/strong>. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce cholesterolu z potravy p\u0159ijmeme, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b ho j\u00e1tra vytvo\u0159\u00ed. Ov\u0161em i tato schopnost m\u00e1 sv\u016fj <strong>strop<\/strong> a je-li p\u0159\u00edjem cholesterolu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd, t\u011blo nedok\u00e1\u017ee jeho tvorbu zcela zastavit a cholesterolu za\u010dne b\u00fdt v krvi nadbytek. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Abychom v\u0161ak rozum\u011bli tomu, pro\u010d na cholesterolu tak z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, mus\u00edme do tohoto p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu za\u0159adit dal\u0161\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010de \u2013 <strong>lipoproteiny (lipoproteinov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice)<\/strong>. Mluv\u00edme o zn\u00e1m\u00fdch <strong>HDL<\/strong> (<em>high-density lipoprotein<\/em>) a <strong>LDL<\/strong> (<em>low-density lipoprotein<\/em>), kter\u00e9 jsou spojen\u00edm protein\u016f a lipid\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b cholesterolu. <strong>Slou\u017e\u00ed jako takov\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky<\/strong>, d\u00edky nim\u017e se cholesterol m\u016f\u017ee <strong>pohybovat po t\u011ble<\/strong>. A p\u0159esto\u017ee tyto \u010d\u00e1stice obsahuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bjin\u00e9 slo\u017eky, klidn\u011b je m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1le naz\u00fdvat cholesterolem, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u011bchto form\u00e1ch tento lipid cestuje po t\u011ble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si lipoproteiny jako r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f na ru\u0161n\u00e9 d\u00e1lnici. <strong>LDL<\/strong>, \u010dasto p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00fd <strong>\u201e\u0161patn\u00fd cholesterol\u201c<\/strong>, funguje jako dod\u00e1vka, kter\u00e1 rozn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed cholesterol do tk\u00e1n\u00ed, kde ho t\u011blo vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. Pokud ho v\u0161ak m\u00e1me nadbytek a v t\u011ble jezd\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho t\u011bchto dod\u00e1vek, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dopravn\u00edm z\u00e1cp\u00e1m a nehod\u00e1m. Tehdy se cholesterol za\u010dne ukl\u00e1dat ve st\u011bn\u00e1ch c\u00e9v. V\u00edce se v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch hromad\u00ed <strong>mal\u00e9 hust\u00e9 LDL<\/strong>, proto\u017ee pro t\u011blo je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je odstranit. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[22]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu, HDL je <strong>\u201edobr\u00fd cholesterol\u201c<\/strong> \u2013 chytr\u00fd odtahov\u00fd v\u016fz, kter\u00fd sb\u00edr\u00e1 p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd cholesterol z c\u00e9v a vrac\u00ed ho zp\u011bt do <strong>jater<\/strong>, kde se <strong>zpracuje<\/strong> a <strong>vylou\u010d\u00ed<\/strong>. Pokud je v provozu dostatek t\u011bchto odtahov\u00fdch voz\u016f, c\u00e9vy z\u016fstanou \u010dist\u00e9 a doprava v t\u011ble bude plynul\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do tohoto dopravn\u00edho chaosu v\u0161ak zasahuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bdal\u0161\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di &#8211; <strong>VLDL<\/strong> (<em>very low density lipoprotein<\/em>) a <strong>triacylglyceroly (TAG)<\/strong>. VLDL bychom mohli p\u0159irovnat k cistern\u00e1m pln\u00fdm energie, proto\u017ee jejich hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem je p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et cholesterol a triacylglyceroly, tedy tuky, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako zdroj nebo z\u00e1sobu paliva. Po vylo\u017een\u00ed tohoto n\u00e1kladu se VLDL <strong>m\u011bn\u00ed na LDL<\/strong>, a t\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k jeho vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladin\u011b. Stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ed cholesterolem bychom se m\u011bli m\u00edt na pozoru i p\u0159ed <strong>vysokou hladinou triacylglycerol\u016f<\/strong>. Je-li jich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho, podporuj\u00ed vznik LDL \u010d\u00e1stic a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i jejich hromad\u011bn\u00ed v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co z toho tedy vypl\u00fdv\u00e1?<\/strong> Cholesterol nen\u00ed s\u00e1m o sob\u011b nep\u0159\u00edtel. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 teprve tehdy, kdy\u017e ho m\u00e1me v t\u011ble <strong>p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho<\/strong> a t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to zejm\u00e9na LDL cholesterolu. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b on, kdo m\u016f\u017ee spustit sled ud\u00e1lost\u00ed vedouc\u00edch k srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu jsou po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm stadiem <strong>infarktu myokardu, mozkov\u00e9 mrtvice, ischemick\u00e9 choroby nohou<\/strong> nebo <strong>srdce<\/strong> (nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 dokrven\u00ed t\u011bchto sval\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale jak se to stane? Nadbytek LDL se za\u010dne ukl\u00e1dat do st\u011bn tepen a \u010dasem vede k <strong>ateroskler\u00f3ze<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o chronick\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se hromad\u00ed lipidy a jin\u00e9 prvky ve st\u011bn\u00e1ch c\u00e9v, z \u010deho\u017e vznikaj\u00ed tzv. <strong>aterosklerotick\u00e9 plaky<\/strong>. Kdy\u017e se toti\u017e ve vnit\u0159n\u00ed st\u011bn\u011b c\u00e9vy (endotel) us\u00eddl\u00ed LDL cholesterol, podl\u00e9h\u00e1 <strong>oxidaci<\/strong> a pot\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>z\u00e1n\u011bt<\/strong>. Na tato m\u00edsta pak p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed makrof\u00e1gy &#8211; imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed tento nepo\u0159\u00e1dek uklidit, ale v procesu se m\u011bn\u00ed na <strong>p\u011bnov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm vznikaj\u00ed plaky na st\u011bn\u00e1ch c\u00e9v, jak\u00e9si <strong>z\u00e1tky<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 postupn\u011b zu\u017euj\u00ed c\u00e9vy a omezuj\u00ed pr\u016ftok krve. Kdy\u017e je pr\u016ftok p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 omezen\u00fd, mohou nastat v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 komplikace, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad mrtvice. Nevhodn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To, co si d\u00e1v\u00e1me na tal\u00ed\u0159, m\u00e1 nepopirateln\u011b siln\u00fd vliv na hladinu cholesterolu v krvi. Hlavn\u00ed roli zde hraje nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem <strong>nasycen\u00fdch<\/strong> a <strong>transmastn\u00fdch kyselin<\/strong>. Jak jsme si ji\u017e \u0159ekli, ty se pak zapojuj\u00ed do metabolismu lipoprotein\u016f a maj\u00ed na sv\u011bdom\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed LDL<\/strong> (\u0161patn\u00e9ho) a <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed HDL<\/strong> (dobr\u00e9ho) <strong>cholesterolu<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby to nebylo tak jednoduch\u00e9, cholesterol m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vysok\u00fd, i kdy\u017e n\u00e1m v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku <strong>chyb\u00ed vl\u00e1knina<\/strong> nebo m\u00e1me <strong>nadm\u011brn\u00fd kalorick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem<\/strong>. Podle zn\u00e1m\u00fdch statistik m\u00e1 tuto poruchu zhruba 1 ze 313 lid\u00ed z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 populace, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed probl\u00e9my.
